Im the better version.” Everyone laughed as Tyrel slapped him at the back of his head, “She jusut arrived, don’t chase her away with your pathetic attempt at flirting.” “Thank you Tyrel,” Alex said, an amused smile on his lips.

He has to go. I opened my eyes. “Tyler, I reject you.” He snarled, his upper lip curled. “I thought you might say that.” Suddenly, Alec pushed me aside, and I landed on the ground, no longer holding Tyler’s hand. Confused, I looked up just in time to see Tyler stabbing Alec with a syringe. Alec’s eyes widened, then he collapsed. “That was supposed to be for you, but now your feral boyfriend will pay the price.” Tyler’s eyes flashed with hateful malice.

As if they weren’t the same age. Tyler laughed at his reaction, but his amusement quickly faded when something clicked in his mind. He didn’t like what he had just realized. “Wait… You mean Sugar from Hype? That gorgeous woman Alfie had with him at the lair the other night? The stripper? The one with an amazing pair of—” “Stop! Don’t even dare say it, Ty. I swear I’ll cut that filthy tongue of yours.” Fabian's death glare was enough to make Tyler realize his friend was in deep trouble.

Gail said and Tyler shifted back to his human form, naked and covered in blood. Alex gradually walked up to him, snaring at him as he did so. Tyler still forced himself up even though he had no more strength left. He couldn't let Alex win and become the Alpha, Rebecca's life was at stake. “Any last word?” Alex asked Tyler through the mind link but Tyler scoffed. “It's not over yet.” Tyler muttered weakly, struggling to keep himself standing. He kept falling on his knees but raised himself up everytime. “Then let me end this once and for all!” Alex yelled and charged at him once more, biting onto his neck while his claw dug into Tyler's sides, blood oozing out from every part of his body.

I couldn't make any sense of it. Yesterday, as I sat with my parents, finally agreeing to allow them to teach me how to control my powers, I received a call from Tyler. "Ada," he started, his voice weak and barely audible, "your boyfriend is the last Xiray." He went on to tell me that Alex had barged into their house sometime last night and had caused a lot of damage. One of their friends was killed, and Tyler's grandfather lost one of his eyes.

Tyler proclaimed suddenly into the silence. “What’s between Alyssa and me is none of your business.” Tyler stood, rising to his full height, perhaps a half inch taller and thirty pounds heavier. “Yeah? What’s between Alyssa and me is none of your fucking business, either.” Luc gritted his teeth, loath to admit that the other man was right. “And when you’re gone,” Tyler went on, “I’ll still be here. With her. Every day. Every night. You may be the shiny new toy now, but she’ll get over you. I’ll help her.”

He added as he laughed. “I won’t forgive you…” Alejandro gritted his feet. “Who cares? I won’t forgive you too! HAHAHAHA!” The Marquis ran to the duke so Alejandro prepared a counterattack. However, they didn’t expect him to change directions. “Sera!” Tyrone pushed Sera away and his heart was pierced by his father’s sword. “Tyrone!” Sera tried to run to him but Xander hugged her and buried her face to his chest. Alejandro chased after the marquis, while Xander walked slowly to Tyrone who was on the brink of death.

Evelyn's POV "I, Alpha Kyle Turner, reject you, Evelyn Sanders, as my mate." Alpha Kyle hoarse voice boomed in my ears making me freeze on my tracks, his voice laced with disgust. Crack! A cracking sound resounded inside my body and I felt as if a part of me was forcefully torn and taken away. My wolf howled in pain but there was nothing I could do about it. Tears flowed down my face as the pain became immeasurable, increasing with each second to the point I was unable to tolerate it. I could care less about the gazes on me. I was already used to it.

Tyler said, offering his hand for a handshake. There was an awkward moment of silence and finally, the Alpha shook Tyler and a smile crossed his face. “You must be the Alpha King, Liam?” He said in a deep baritone voice. Tyler shook his head, “No, Alpha Costas , this is the Alpha King of this great city.” He said, pointing to me. “A pleasure to meet you,” I said and we shook hands.
