Max was seen carrying the tree in his arms, charging at Tyr at high speed. If Tyr were awake now, he would have been shocked. After all, he’d always thought Max to be the average joe. Yet, Max was able to carry a thousand-pound tree without any external help—something that only Transcendents could do. Indeed, Max was a Transcendent himself. “Arghhh!” Max held the massive tree trunk in his arms and roared. Tyr turned his head around and swung the Ormr Dagger again. CHAPTER 3 He led me across the lawn towards a large oak tree. My toes sunk into the soft loam of the yard, feeling the lush grass caressing my toes as I walked naked towards the tree. It was only when I noticed that my surroundings were darker I snapped back to reality and looked around. Oh… I looked at the dark forest and realized I was at the part where there were many natural trees. “Wow,” I whispered. These trees look so much better than the other ones. Is it because they had a natural growth? They’re thicker and feel more alive. I turned my head and my gaze fell upon the most majestic tree out of all. An oak tree. It was the thickest and biggest one of all the trees in the forest and its branches were spreading horizontally. It looked really cool and out of place. It made me wonder something.

As we approached the front entrance, I turned to face Rico, "Can we go back to the oak tree again?" "Why? Aren't you hungry?" He asked. "Yes I am but I feel drawn to the tree. I want to say goodnight before I sleep," I answered honestly, despite how weird I sounded. "Okay then, let's go." He said and we walked side by side again to the oak tree. The oak tree stood tall and majestic, its branches reaching out as if embracing the moon above. The air around it felt charged with a certain energy, a quiet strength that resonated deep within me.
