The Phoenix Oak Tree was a huge oak tree at the end of our village but it was covered in briars and ferns and bushes. No one would think someone lived there or it was even habitable. But inside was a portal basically the Phoenix had her own world in that tree but she could close it or open with one of her feathers . I hummed a calling we used for her it was a simple tune but Celtic but the words were always a warning sometimes you venture away from your path but there’s always a match made for you

I am not worried about getting lost, I know the place like the back of my hand. When I reach the forest, I take in a deep breath and let it out before continuing to walk. It does not take me very long to reach the giant oak tree. It even has my initials that I carved into it the first time I ran here to get away from everyone and everything. The almost full moon sits in the sky and gives the night an eerie feel. I sit right under the tree with my back laid against the trunk. The ground is dirty but I gladly rest my legs on it.

Hilda The sun is warm against my skin, the scent of fresh grass and wildflowers thick in the air as we sit beneath the sprawling oak tree next to the creek. A checkered blanket is spread beneath us, weighed down with a picnic basket, filled with an assortment of sandwiches, and a sticky-fingered toddler who’s currently smearing honey across her chubby cheeks.

He offered his wide hand, “Let me help you.” “I can help myself.” I stood, and shook off the dirt off my skirt. He just shrugged, “Okay.” He continued and went under the oak. It was only a bit higher than Gabriel, but taller for me that I was able to raise my head high and see its perfect oddity. Its shrunken trunk and all that was connected to it had perfect shade of homey brown and its foliage was thick, but there were spaces that allowed rays of sunshine to pass through it.

There was somebody underneath OUR tree. The tree that Nana and Papa called symbol of their love. It will be mine one day... and I will care for OUR tree... Oaktree. The tree was here before Papa brought the land. The government was distributing land at a very low rate on the side of the hill, so Papa seized the opportunity without asking his angry parents. This is a euphemism because it was on the schedule area with few local tribes nearby to communicate. This is how Nana and Papa meet.

MAXINE We made our way to the old oak tree near the lake. The moon was hanging low in the sky. It cast a pale glow on the water. I could see the massive oak tree in the distance, its branches twisting like fingers. This was where it was all going to end. We reached the base of the tree. The ground beneath our feet is uneven and covered in fallen leaves. Mr. Grayson pulled out the scroll from the small box containing the last piece. He brought the other pieces from his bag one after the other.

He added. “It's so cool, Momma. There are a lot of people and fun activities.” JC admitted happily. “And I think I have found a perfect location for our picnic,” I said, sounding serious as I rubbed my chin. “Where is that?” They asked almost at the same time. We laid out our mattress under the big oak tree with branches that had thick leaves. It was cool and it looked like an uphill climb as we could see half of the park and what was happening from where we were.

I ask, pointing towards a big black oak tree a short distance away, going stunningly orange and yellow for autumn. “Sure,” he replies, shrugging like he it pleases him just as much as anything else. We make our quiet way over to the tree and I sit down amongst the roots, patting the ground next to me. Jackson hesitates for a second and then lowers himself to the ground, curling his legs up beneath him, a little awkward. I grin, realizing that this big warrior-type probably doesn’t spend a great deal of time casually sitting beneath trees. I mean, I don’t either – not very Princess-y, is it? But still, I hide it better.

A bee buzzes somewhere while a breeze ruffles the nearby giant oak tree leaves. With a clutch of fear in my heart, I feel light-headed as if I might be sick. A tree house settled high in the branches of a giant oak tree, and a dirty old green hose snaked across the lawn. A fence collapsing "You will have to put some effort into your grandma's devotion" Officer Stephanie encouraged looking around like she was searching for something.

Daniel muttered, “underground bunker next to the biggest tree in this area.” Our eyes moved around the ground to find the place Jake had mentioned, and landed on a large, perhaps hundreds of years old oak tree. “Move.” Within the next moment, we were out of the car and in the ground, moving cautiously with careful steps. My ears were on a high alert for any unnecessary voice. There was nothing suspicious but I knew things could not be this easy. Ace was on edge, ready to pounce out at any given chance. Daniel and I moved around the ground to find the bunker but there was no trace of it. The whole thousands of acres large ground was spread out into oblivion.
