SOLD TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

SOLD TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

Rowan said, pointing through the trees. Kael rested his hand on the hilt of his sword. "We stay together." Nobody argued. We followed the sound. The forest changed as we walked. The pines gave way to older trees. Their branches spread so wide that the sunlight barely reached the ground. The air smelled of wildflowers. Then... I saw it. An oak tree. Its trunk split into two before reaching the branches. The same tree from my mother's drawing. "The orchard," Elias whispered. No one moved.

Pregnant For My Ex-Husband’s Billionaire Best Friend

Pregnant For My Ex-Husband’s Billionaire Best Friend

In the center stood a giant, ancient oak tree, its branches spreading out like protective arms. "It has a high-tech security system, a gated community, and a twenty-four-hour patrol," Cole listed off the specs, his businessman persona momentarily shielding his vulnerability. "But look at the backyard, Sabrina. Really look at it." "The tree," I whispered, tracing the lines of the oak with my thumb.

My Billionaire's Secret: A Forbidden, Age Gap Romance

My Billionaire's Secret: A Forbidden, Age Gap Romance

Cat's last email replayed over and over in my mind like a sinister song, highlighting the shadows in Lachlan's past that seemed to loom over me. Then, I saw it: a grand oak tree, its gnarled branches stretching skyward, beckoning me closer. I didn't understand what it was doing here on a desert island. And more than that, how did Cat tell me to meet her at an oak tree just yesterday and here was an oak tree. What the fuck was this?

THE CEO'S PREGNANT NANNY

THE CEO'S PREGNANT NANNY

POV: LAUREN At that exact moment, a soft sound cut through the rain. A muffled sob, almost imperceptible but clearly close. We froze, silent, as if even breathing might drown out that fragile hope. Our eyes met for a second before we started scanning the area. “There,” I pointed, my voice trembling. “Look at that tree. There’s an opening.” The rain made it hard to see, the heavy drops blurring everything, but I caught a subtle movement. A little foot pulling back inside the hollow trunk.

Under The Moonlight

Under The Moonlight

now, thankfully Oasis is really great at hiding her existence. I think I will like her. I would have liked her better if she had answered all of my queries. My sister is the best sister you could find in the whole world. Even though she doesn’t share her problems which I wanted her to, she would listen to ours, and wiggle out a suitable solution. Why wouldn’t she share her problems? I sighed again. Well the best thing that had outcome through this mess is that we are living in the same house right now. That i need to thank him. I looked outside the corridor window, a group of children were playing , running around. Some were dragging logs of wood and back. My eyes widened when I saw them ca

Mathilda

Mathilda

He offered his wide hand, “Let me help you.” “I can help myself.” I stood, and shook off the dirt off my skirt. He just shrugged, “Okay.” He continued and went under the oak. It was only a bit higher than Gabriel, but taller for me that I was able to raise my head high and see its perfect oddity. Its shrunken trunk and all that was connected to it had perfect shade of homey brown and its foliage was thick, but there were spaces that allowed rays of sunshine to pass through it.

Let's talk about the synopsis! LOVE IT! It is so spooky and mysterious like when you're like; "I swear I didn't steal your WiFi password! Or did I? *with a menacing smile*" I'm still going to leave another review for the chapters. I just felt like this awesome synopsis deserves a review of its own.

The narration itself brings you deep into the book. There's this something I can't point to exactly, but the way the author leads it, the more I just want to get drown into the story. Not just that, but this story contradicts the 'soft girl main protagonist' ad I LOVE IT! MATHILDA FOR THE WIN!

The Omega's Redemption.

The Omega's Redemption.

The time I was wasting. Evans was still out there. I straightened and stepped over the unconscious outlaws, looking around. I noticed it then. A tree. In the center of the clearing, there was a single, enormous oak. The wood underneath was scarred with something that made my stomach turn, and its bark was split. Blood. Not merely splashed. Not merely smeared. **Sculpted.** Three sharp, deep phrases that seemed to have been sunk like inhuman claws into the wood.

Where Do We Belong?

Where Do We Belong?

The man said weakly as he held out his hand. As everyone minus Jill reached out their hands to help him a smile creeped up on his face and Jill knowing something bad would happen and couldn’t stop it in time so she grabbed his hand as well and, in a flash, they were gone. The box itself that Jill was worried about had also disappeared and in a sudden flash of lightning the great infamous oak tree of Oaken Hills was struck.

His Mate, His Enemy

His Mate, His Enemy

“He hasn’t released me.” “He will.” The certainty in her tone leaves no room for doubt. “What if he never does?” Her head tilts slightly. “He will.” Silence hums between us. “Where?...Where can i find you?” I ask. The clearing shifts. The trees blur and rearrange. The vision expands outward like a map unfurling. I see forest stretching westward denser, darker. A narrow trail barely visible beneath overgrowth. A river cutting through stone. Then a massive oak tree. Its trunk is split clean down the center, blackened along the jagged seam as if lightning once struck it from sky to root. The top half leans precariously but still lives, branches heavy with leaves.
