“What’s in there?” Tyr and Dalton looked at the iron box in their hands. It looked very ordinary and was stained with rust. Without further hesitation, the two of them immediately opened it. “A seal?” They soon discovered that instead of the second half of a map as they expected, a seal was lying inside the iron box instead. “What kind of seal is this?” Tyr picked it up, but was unable to glean any clues from it. Meanwhile, Dalton suddenly spoke up, “Night Stalkers Seal.”

"Sure," Then, turning to Grendel, he asked, "May I ask that you take off your tunic, my lord?" "Hahaha! Of course!" Surprisingly, Grendel didn't hesitate to take off his tunic from under his golden robes, baring his muscular form. And on top of his heart was a black palm print, sparkling with golden sparks! Caleb studied it for a while, and his eyes narrowed right then. "It's the mark… of a Scion rank!"

I pick up the box and flip it around to look at it more closely, answering my question as I do this and seeing the symbols engraved along the bottom of the box. It almost seemed to be a latch of somesort, partly on the lid and partly on the base of the box. The face of the demon I’d seen carved into the cave was there. Except, the painted-on stones, on the box, form a diamond and in the center, a bright light is depicted by a lightning bolt. “What is it?” Tawny asks leaning in to see. “I’ll answer that when I open it.” I quip back at my best friend, and she returns it by sticking out her tongue. Mathias growls. “You are not opening that fucking thing. No way!” He swings his hand out to emphasize his meaning. Tawny and I both gawk at my mate. Of course, we were going to open it. Why wouldn’t we? I hold the box out for everyone to get a good look.

But it was the last gift that had everyone’s attention. Talon crouched in front of her, his green eyes glinting as he held out a long, flat box wrapped in black paper with silver skulls. “This one's from me and your mom,” he said, his voice low, a smirk playing at the corner of his mouth. “But I’m warnin’ you now, angel-two — it comes with conditions.” Scarlett didn’t hesitate. She tore into the wrapping, her fingers frantic, and then froze when she saw what was inside.

His breathing steadied. “I am yours.” Something fierce and primal exhaled through him. But then— A soft chime sounded from the doorway. Both turned sharply. Gamma Talen stood there, pale and sweating. “Alpha. Luna.” He swallowed nervously. “There’s… something else.” Kaelen’s stomach dropped. “What now?” Talen stepped forward with tangible dread and placed a second object on the floor—it was a pale wooden box carved with strange runes. Aria flinched. Kaelen’s eyes flashed gold. “Another gift?”

Gerald knitted his brows tightly together as he felt extremely curious. The wooden box did not look like an ordinary relic at first glance. No matter how he looked at it, it seemed to contain a trace of a holy spirit. Gerald’s brows were tightly knitted together as he watched intently. At this time, Tilar opened the wooden box. Immediately afterward, a hint of a very rich purple glow came out of the box, and the purple glow instantly enveloped itself around Tilar. It was a spiritual artifact that was accompanying the purple glow.
