GUARD MY RUIN

GUARD MY RUIN

Until they landed on me. He didn’t look impressed. “Bram, you’re here,” Dad said. My stomach twisted. Please don’t tell me this is a fucking therapist. I don’t have a mental issue. “Renzo,” he turned toward me, “this is Bram Hale. Your new bodyguard.” I blinked. “Body—what?” Mom stepped in quickly. “Honey, it’s just until we figure out who—who did this. Someone obviously wants your dead and we can’t take any chances.”

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Shifter Deathbound Curse

She had to be fast. Ahead of her, the tunnel continued, but on this side of the wall, there was a stone panel with clearer engravings. The carvings depicted the soul-shattering ritual. And in the center of the panel was a sun-shaped indentation, the exact size of the Guardian’s reliquary. This was it. The control. From across the barrier, she heard Kit shout. One of the temple guards had grabbed him. Morat was fighting off several shadows at once, clearly struggling.

GUARDED HEAT

GUARDED HEAT

Gunner imprisoning my face with his hands, each of his palms on my cheeks, made me stop my thoughts again and focus on him once more. It's like he already knew what kind of thoughts and questions I was having, and he didn't want me to entertain any of it. “Staying here won't do you anything, Layland. This will only make you think of things you should not even be thinking, thoughts that you should not be entertaining. So, let's just get inside and face them. Let's get this over with. But if you really are still worried and scared, then just think of the fact that I am coming with you. You are not going in there alone, Layland. I am with you. And just like I told you, I will protect you. I wil

A Damaged Alpha

A Damaged Alpha

I winced as I remembered how that had tasted in my mouth as Talon had shredded the arm from his torso. “Here!” I cried and lifted up the mangled limb. The arm had a strange swirling tattoo. Purple mixed in with black. Small shields forming a trailing crest. They were insignia, like a battle flag. “That is unique,” he whispered in agreement. “Each shield looks to represent a different stage.” “Like completing training,” he replied darkly. This bastard had been trained for this role. This intruder had scoped out the castle, knew when the Beta’s would be exercising, that I was not around. Genevieve had slipped past but I will find her.

Both parts of this story were absolutely amazing! This author does such a good job with the right amount of detail, making sure it flows well, and keeps you truly intrigued throughout the entire story. Truly one of the best authors/series on this app. So excited for Freyas story! Amazing job author!

Cillian and Matilda were also fantastic. The whole book leaves you impatiently waiting for the sequel. Must read as all four main characters and some others are well formed, have depth good and bad traits. Grammer and spelling definitely up to par. Job very well done Alle!

Blood and Rain

Blood and Rain

If Lucian didn't shatter the anchor stone within the next few minutes, there wouldn't be a highland alliance left to save. Back inside the white, claustrophobic sterility of the vault, the twelve black-glass guards did not move like mortal men; they moved like a single, multi-limbed mechanism designed purely for slaughter. The silence of the room was broken only by the terrifying, high-pitched hum of their double-ended glaives. The white-hot energy crackling along the crystalline edges bled off a heat so intense it began to warp the frozen, sterile air of the sanctuary.

The Alpha's Rejected Omega

The Alpha's Rejected Omega

“They’ll lead us underground. Keep your scents masked and stay out of direct lines of sight. I want details on what they’re moving and where it’s going.” Rhett gave a tight nod, still bruised from earlier. I didn’t apologize. We slipped out under the cloak of darkness. I kept low, leading the group through a narrow slope of moss and tangled roots, where every step sank soft into the wet earth. The guards appeared like phantoms—three hooded figures with slow, deliberate strides. Each one carried a large pack, too full for just supplies. We followed, weaving through the trees like shadows. The trees thinned near a rocky outcrop. One guard reached forward, pressed something into the stone—an ol

Hi, I’m new here and I wanted to ask if the chapters are in correct order for this story? I think the chapters should be numbered because I feel like the story line is out of order. Is anyone else having this issue?

I really like the plot of this book! I’m not finished with it, but the plot gets confusing. There seems to be many plot holes or major time skips between some chapters. I’m not sure if the order of chapters may have gotten jumbled up, but it makes the read all the more confusing ...

The Secretly Rich Man

The Secretly Rich Man

“Eldest Brother, look! No wonder nobody’s been able to solve the tomb’s secrets! There’s a space beneath the main chamber!” “How horrifying… If this level’s headless general has already entered the Domiensch Realm, how powerful would the true owner of the tomb be…?” muttered the white-robed man as he placed his hands against his back while looking down at the massive hole that had just formed on the ground… Meanwhile, Gerald could feel his body slowly sinking, almost as though something from the hole was drawing him in… and it was at that moment when he got an idea. Murmuring a spell, Gerald quickly released the Heavenly Guard Order… and following that, he shot the token at the demonic forma

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.

Claimed By My Alpha Bully

Claimed By My Alpha Bully

With a swift and calculated move, he strikes the Guard on the back of the head with the hilt of a fallen torch. The Guard's eyes roll back, and he crumples to the ground, unconscious. Eskaal swiftly disarms him and takes his keys and a coil of rope. He then drags the unconscious Guard back toward his cell, working quickly and silently. Eskaal hauls the unconscious Guard into his cell, the door creaking shut behind them. He ties the Guard's hands and feet securely with the rope, making sure he won't be able to raise the alarm.

I enjoy how the author portrays the female lead with a different persona. In werewolf novels, the female lead is typically innocent and powerless, but the author opted to create an unconventional FL character, someone bold and fearless. It's absolutely adorable!

Intriguing, I have read lots of wolf stories abd none has gotten my attention like this book has. It is funny and captivating, especially the "tasteless strawberry line in the book." I will keep reading, I recommend to everyone looking for something different ...

One More Hot Contract with the Shadow Alpha

One More Hot Contract with the Shadow Alpha

They move with absolute, clinical malice, their amber eyes locked entirely on the low, curve of my stomach. They know my fire is heavy from anchoring the pup. They think the Grand Luna is glass today. "Secure the children in the lower cavern tunnels!" I order the two vanguard guards, my amethyst eyes igniting into a sharp, permanent violet fire as I throw off my heavy fur cloak. The two guards hesitate, looking at my unshifted, physically vulnerable form, but the sheer kinetic pressure of my fully awakened aura makes them bow their heads and retreat, dragging the screaming youth into the safety of the rock vents.

Wolf Rachael

Wolf Rachael

A cold wind swirled around us. “What’s happening?” I asked. Black shadows rose from the floor. They looked like people—but their faces were gone. They moved fast, surrounding us. “Guardians of the temple,” Christopher said. “They protect the map.” Kelvin growled and shifted into his wolf form. He stood in front of me, ready to fight. Christopher raised his hands and created a glowing shield. I felt the Ghost Flame burning inside me. I closed my eyes and called on it. The blue and silver fire surrounded me. I pushed my hands forward, and the fire flew out like a wave. It hit the shadows, making them scream and disappear.
