Claire Hopkins never thought that she would be sucked into a game and suddenly was in the arms of Adonis, the most beautiful god in the mythology. Accidentally, she found a video game hidden among the bookshelves. The game called The Myth, is a game about legend in mythology. Claire was amazed that the game has a feature of face and body recognition, that the character of the game indeed looks like her in real life. Enjoying the first levels of the game, Claire suddenly was sucked into the game, right on top of Adonis' bed, where there’s the most handsome man lying next to her. Unable to fight back, Claire was forced to give up. After all that happened, Claire found out that Adonis was actually a player named Leon Maxwell who was trapped in the game for years. He was waiting for another player to enter, in order to complete that current level entitled The Adonis' Love. Before they could think clearly, Claire and Leon had already entered the next level. Three months after my death, my brother is hospitalized due to leukemia. That's when my family finally remembers me after kicking me out. My sister, Ruby, texts me. "Caleb is sick, so get the hell back here for a bone marrow transplant. Mom and Dad will stop holding a grudge against you for stealing money." Dad calls me a few times, but they go unanswered. He curses, "How dare she! She didn't even bother calling since we kicked her out a few months ago!" Mom holds my brother, Caleb. Her gaze is full of heartache. "Jolene is an ingrate. She must be hiding because she doesn't want to save you. I'll find her, even if I have to scour the world!" None of them care about me. They have no idea that I died on the night they kicked me out of the house. When they tossed me out, my head bumped into a stone hidden beneath the snow. The snow was particularly heavy that night. It kept falling and falling. Later, when they finally start looking for me, they find my frozen body underneath the thick snow.

I worked for a restaurant, and our boss loved making empty promises about giving us restaurant shares. The boss said we would start with zero shares, but we could earn 0.01% for every two hours of overtime, covering someone else’s work or saving the restaurant 1,000 bucks. I suggested she write this down in an official document and have someone track it properly. She just smiled and told everyone to work harder. She never actually put it in writing. The experienced staff did not believe her, but one prep cook took it seriously. At the end of the year, he went to the boss to claim his shares. The boss said, “Sorry, the head chef told me there’s no official document, so it doesn’t count. You can’t claim any shares.” The prep cook worked hard all year and got nothing for it, so he took his anger out on me. The day before I was going home for the New Year, he killed me with a knife. “If you hadn’t said it doesn’t count without an official document, this whole restaurant would’ve been mine!” I lay in a pool of blood. When I opened my eyes, I was back to the day the boss first made those empty promises.
