Now, Vladimir is searching for them, but no one knows who they are or what they are or where they are; they are like ghosts. Seen only when they want to be seen,” Egan said.

That was my primary concern. I relaxed my shoulders and felt my wings spring free like a switchblade, sighing I stretched them, letting the tension work their way out. Blake’s POV As I ascend the hill with Alpha Victor, an electric tension fills the air. The moonlight bathes us, illuminating the path and casting long shadows that dance with each step we take.
