"Marcus cleared out your dorm room before he led the Fangs here. Your life as a student is over." "Because of you!" I shouted, my voice cracking. "Everything was fine until you all showed up! Why me? Out of everyone in that city, why me?" Alaric sighed and sat in a chair opposite me. He looked tired, but his eyes were still that piercing, predatory blue. "It wasn't a choice, Elena. Not for us, and not for you. That 'hickey' I gave you... it wasn't a bruise. It was a Mark. A permanent claim."

Suddenly nicholas took hold of my wrist start dragging me towards his car I tried to remove his hand but his grip tighten. After reaching a high end restaurant we meet Mr.brown whose company we need. Mr.brown eyed from me from head to toe, I felt uncomfortable then he greeted Nicholas and then me "what a beautiful lady you have nicholas as a P.A. , what's your name beautiful?" "Losers like me do uncool things, remember sis? I say walking out of the dorm to class. As I sit in my math class, I sit at the back keeping to myself like always and my sister goes and sits with her friends. I watched out of the door as a boy walked into the room with short black hair and an athletic body with a tattoo on his neck and a piercing on his lip. I sigh as he walks towards my sister and her friend, my sister, comes to my side and smiles. “If it isn't Niklaus the love of your life and master,” I hiss at her and tilt my head to the side to make her understand I wasn't interested in whatever she was saying. The teacher comes in and begins to talk. As a vampire, we really don't pay a

“Do you know anything about these new vampires?” “Not much,” he admitted. “Only that they are hungry for blood. There are 5 of them altogether.” I nodded, but then remembered he couldn’t see me. “Did you know that one of them is 16 years old?” There was silence on the other end for a moment. “What?” “Her name is Natalia; she’s amongst the 5. She’s only 16 years old,” I explained. “Which wasn’t approved by the council.” “I’d assume not,” Alberto murmured. “I’ll get a hold of them and report it right away. Thanks for letting me know.”

“Good day, passengers. This is the announcement for flight 69A to Romania—” “Sure, sure. I must depart at this time. They’ve already started calling passengers. Bye. I’ll call you when we arrive at our first stop.” She didn’t let Rina bother her again and ended the call right away. Cyrille stood up straight and took a deep breath. “That’s it. I’ll be there, Romania. Vampires await my grand arrival.”

He orders in his deep voice. I turn, looking at my father and my heart sinks when I see the look on his face. The smile I’m used to is not what greets me but a face devoid of emotions. A figure comes out from behind him. It's his concubine, Jacqueline. She has a smug look on her face as she rubs her none existent baby bump. “My king, the Lycan has returned the Princess after using her. She’s damaged goods now.” She remarks, staring at me with disdain.

I added, raising the papers up. “What’s that?” He demanded. “My release papers, your father was supposed to sign this before his death but since a total asshole like you is now the Alpha, I have no other choice than to give it to you to sign.” I retorted. “Really?” Nikolai smirked as he walked towards me, I would give anything to be out of here, “Okay.” He added as he took the papers from me. “I, Nikolai Ashwood, the future Lycan King of the Bloodmoon pack, reject you Lilliana Ayers as my mate and future Luna.” He affirmed, his eyes bloodshot with anger as they pierced through me.

"Phoebe is trying to find ways to get close to Alpha Nicholas." I scoffed. "That won’t happen." "I know," Nina agreed. "But she’s not going to stop trying." I sat down beside her, letting out a breath. "She should be content with Luke, then. After all, he’s the son of the richest werewolf in MoonCrown. That should be enough for her." At this, Nina let out a loud laugh. I raised an eyebrow. "What’s so funny?" Nina shook her head, still laughing. "You don’t know, do you?"

It was moments like this I wished I had brought Travis along, so someone would be able to watch Naomi while I responded to Vladimir's summons, but only the Vamps' assistants were allowed, as they were considered people of higher ranking due to their close connections with the Vamps. I looked at the place Vladimir had been sitting, but he was nowhere to be found, so I left Naomi with Drake and zipped my way to the council room, knowing that I could just zip my way back in seconds when it finally got to my turn. "So you found a rather rare blood type, didn't you?" He asked. I kept mute, waiting to hear what he wanted. "I want a taste, Lucian, before you go on stage." Now that was outrageous. N

I could stay for a few years and see if it was what I wanted to do. “He loves you,” Ivy said beside me and I turned to her. “That look. I know it better than anyone. A vampire rarely falls in love. Lust sure but rarely love. When they do though, they put their whole world into you. You are his whole world” she said and I looked back at Dante who smiled at me. His whole world. They finished up their conversation and Dante walked up to me. “Can I have this dance Sunshine?” He asked and I took his hands as he led me to the dance floor
