Novel & Cerita Varian And The Seven Kingdoms

"So you married someone else? Quinn, what did those seven years apart even mean?" Quinn looked at me, her expression settling back into calm. "Conrad… You must understand I'm the heir to the Summers family. I have my own duties. Hector and I are on the same level, and our marriage benefits both families. Hector said that as long as you behave, he can turn a blind eye and let you stay by my side.

“Your Majesty, I have news from the Erena kingdom, sir.” Senya looks at us both then at the young squire, short dark brown hair around 5’3 with a face of a young child. “Be out with it Chandler, obviously it’s important if you are this frantic.” Senya replies. “Right, ahem.” He cleared his throat before opening the scroll preparing to read it. “To the king of the Alastia kingdom, I am declaring war upon your country and will continue to take your people and do as I please with them, without further-adieu, sleep with one eye open, we are always watching.” Chandler slowly brought the scroll away from his face as he made eye contact with me blubbering who it’s from. “Declaration by King M-Mave

“You’re serious.” “Yes,” Varian said. “We don’t replace tyrants. We end the need for them.” Another pause. Longer this time. “Well,” Bram said, “that’s going to piss off a lot of people.” “Let them be pissed,” Liora replied. “We’re not running a kingdom.” Varian glanced at her. “You’re sure?” She met his gaze. “I didn’t survive all this to wear a crown made of bones.” He reached for her hand, lacing their fingers openly, deliberately.

The duo fell helplessly in love with each other at first sight, and together, they had sons and daughters. Everything was going fine with them until their last daughter, Venus, woke up one morning with her eyes beaming an unusual colour. All his hidden fears resurrected with a piercing howl. As feared, the princess fell out of love with him, dissolved their marriage, and banished the both of them out of the kingdom. The princess would not look into the face of her darling daughter, neither did she remember the love she once shared with Mercilius.

It takes me a long time to speak finally, and it is not what he expects to hear when I do. “Theo, did you hear the description of what is around him and what he smells?” I ask him through his dirty look. “You know I did. It almost killed her bringing both of us into that communication.” “It was a one-way street. I couldn’t communicate with Sabastian; only she could. That is something that is not normal either. She is well beyond just a simple mixed witch. She is powerful.” “What does that have to do with you hurting her?” “The Viking Vampire Kingdom has him. They have the breed that Elnora is. If she goes there, they will keep her to themselves. They will not stop coming for her once they re

“Whatever you know for your mother, remember? Better start talking.” She inhales a shaky breath and sits down. “The vampire lord's name is Dario Vitale. He's ruthless, fearless, reigns over three kingdoms because he's constantly waging war against tiny villages owned by witches. Some people say they've never seen him, and others who have described him as a young man whose beauty can make you sin.” I cross my leg, tapping my fingers against my thigh as I stare at her. “And the kingdoms he rules, what are their names?”

Her grip was firm on mine as turned to me, face pale. “Speak lower.” Her voice dropped to a deadly whisper. “If you do not want to be heard gossiping.” I blushed at her words, lowering my head in embarrassment as I nodded. “Keep walking.” She instructed sharply, leading us far away from the window. It was only as we were deep in the fields, closer to the stables that she spoke. “That was Lord Vargen.” She still whispered, though we were already far away. “He is the King's Beta, second only to the king.”

And for the first time, it is commanded by the barbarian Alpha King of Basgiath, a ruthless monarch whose name alone is enough to turn the day into night. Of the seven kingdoms, four are governed by human monarchies, while the remaining three fall under the dominion of werewolf rule. Among these, Basgiath reigns supreme. The Alpha King has never showed interest in any human kingdom until a week ago, where he expressed his desire to forge a marriage alliance with a human kingdom. Nobles, merchants, the royal family, lords, and even commoners have forcefully brought their daughters to a foreign realm—all for the sake of alliances, for the allure of power.

Several kingdoms existed, kingdoms spread out far and wide, and having borders that greatly separated them from one another, far into the east and even into the north, where the cold that ravaged there froze life, but still people thrived in these kingdoms. Many a time, these kingdoms were ravaged, if not by the cold then by the plague, by famine, by war, or by some sort of curse, and many a time some kingdoms crumbled under these; lost and forgotten, and buried under the black sooth of burning flesh and the witches’ cry, and they all did perish, save for seven. The seven kingdoms of the east and of the south. This is not just a tale of one kingdom, and neither is this a tale of just one man

She must think I dumb, for Gods' sake. "Four Kingdoms. In order of power, hm? Alright. The Kingdom of Uzuri, in the northwestern region. The Kingdom of Raen, in the midwest region. The Kingdom of Absalom, in the eastern region. The Queendom of Accorsa, in the northern region. And lastly, the Kingdom of Kimaya, in the southern region of the United Kingdoms. Also commonly known as the UK!" As I said, I counted them in my fingers.
