Abyss in the sea of memories

Abyss in the sea of memories

The small, green trees on the roadside swayed as the strong wind hit them. Then he finally stopped. I guess we've reached the highest point because I can now see the night view of a beautiful cityscape. It's vast and bright, as the breeze blows soft across my face. "I come here when I want to cry, but I never once did." he took a deep breath, "After my accident, I was in a coma for almost 6 months. I woke up feeling empty, I don't know anyone. When I learn about the accident and how my father died, I did not cry nor feel any pain. For 15 years, I feel like I'm in an abyss in the sea. That's why, I badly want to go back, to my past."

Beyond the abyss

Beyond the abyss

"Please lower your voice, Christian, you're frightening my son! Wait a while until he calms down. I have no idea that you are after my uncle's money and you have no good intention towards me..." The businessman sneered at her and abused her with words that she had never heard before from the lawyer. "You know bit*ch, if not for my ambition to become the chairman of your uncle's company, I will not even come to your house and agree to his proposal to marry you. On second thought, you are very pretty and sexy even though you just gave birth to that baby of yours, why not have you as my slave, huh? You will enjoy every minute of the time we'll spend on the bed together, I assure you! One last t

Chasing my Luna

Chasing my Luna

The roar became a voice, vast and cataclysmic: “Jessica, heart of the nexus, face the abyss and weave its end or its beginning.” A figure emerged, not a weaver or a shadow, but a paradox, its form a shifting mosaic of Jessica, her companions, her mother, Echo, and every weaver they’d faced, its eyes twin infinities that held both creation and nothingness. “I am Omnis,” it said, its voice a symphony of all existence, calm yet apocalyptic. “The Abyss Weaver. You hold the nexus, Jessica, but it is a spark in the abyss. Your hollowness is its flame. Weave reality’s end, or its rebirth, and pay the price.”

The whispers around them intensified, the voices now forming words that sent chills down their spines: *“Welcome, children of light… to the heart of darkness.” Ethan felt a surge of panic as the figure began to move toward them, its presence overwhelming. “What are you?” he demanded, his voice shaking. “I am the Abyss,” the figure replied, its voice a low, resonant growl that seemed to come from all around them. “I am the void between worlds, the darkness that devours all. And you… you have come to feed me.”

Kiss Me While The Pack Burns

Kiss Me While The Pack Burns

Hunters fell to their knees. Wolves whimpered in terror. Even the shadows began dissolving. The King stood alone before it. Tiny compared to the abyss now. Yet still defiant. The abyss looked down at him. “YOU CANNOT STOP ME.” The King’s cracked form trembled violently. But he didn’t step back. “NO.” Darkness exploded around him. His silver eyes burned brighter than ever before. “BUT THEY CAN.” The abyss turned slowly toward Lira and Kael. And for the first time since awakening, fear appeared inside that endless golden eye.

The Alpha's Ruined Mate: Awakening the Lycan Queen

The Alpha's Ruined Mate: Awakening the Lycan Queen

They didn't shift into common wolves; they remained in their towering, semi-humanoid Lycan forms, their eyes glowing a fierce, predatory crimson as they surged across the newly formed ice shelf, their massive iron broadswords already unsheathed. The remaining Abyssal warriors who had survived the initial crush scrambled out of the rigging, their silver-plated armor dented and their coordination completely shattered. They took one look at the incoming wave of northern predators and the glowing, starlight-eyed Queen standing atop the promontory, and their centuries of pureblood pride completely dissolved into animalistic panic. "The prophecy..." an Abyssal officer gasped, dropping his shattere

My Lord Alpha

My Lord Alpha

Mathias asked, surprised. Candice had just retrieved her scroll back when Thaddeus suspiciously asked, "This powerful ally, what is his name?" She let a broad smile spread her lips as she clutched the scroll firmly to her chest. "My elders, you know who he is. He is our Lord and Alpha, King Wayne. Son of Warren Wyatt, leader of the pack of the grey wolves. Protector of the plane Weode and all its hinterlands." "Welcome to a new era. You have pledged your allegiance to him and to the new world he will create."

How does this book have such low views? This is a masterpiece! This might be my first time reading a werewolf story so zealously without missing any details. Such a breath of fresh air and unique storyline from the other books in this app. The alternate universe, the timeline, everything is so good.

When I saw the title "The Lord Alpha" , I was like 'what the hell is this book about?' It never disappointed though. Wayne and Candice so much reveals how twisted our fates could be at times and I kept imagining how it'd be if I suddenly uncover my spouse was a mermaid or something weirder even...

SAIYA: LORD OF SHADOWS

"I won." "Your just lucky," he whispered before he ungentlemanly picked her up before he went back to the throne. The next thing she knew, he was already casting a medical spell on her. "Prove to me for the next months that you are the next rightful owner of my title. For now, I acknowledge your will to live. I am Azul Refirtaum, the Lord of Shadows and the Conqueror of the Dead. Welcome to my eternal prison." -----

Frequently Asked Questions

If you're curious about the broad sweep, here's how I see 'Reign of the Abyss': I follow Elias, a restless scout from a fractured border village, who stumbles onto a sinkhole that breathes shadow and mutters names. That discovery kickstarts an escalating invasion of creeping corruption from below — wildlife turns hostile, weather goes weird, and old treaties fall apart as kingdoms point fingers. The plot alternates between battlefield set pieces and hushed, conspiracy-heavy council rooms, so it feels like both a survival epic and a political thriller.

Elias doesn't act alone. He ends up tangled with Seraphine, a priestess who carries a banned relic that can either close breaches or widen them, and General Kael, a hardened commander who thinks sacrifices are arithmetic. There's an underground order called the Lanterns that studies the Abyss, and they drip-feed lore: an ancient sovereign, Malachor, once ruled through pact and poison, and the Abyss is a slowly awakening will. Midway through the story there's a brutal reveal — Elias is unknowingly linked to the Abyss's seed — which flips his choices from heroic to heartbreaking.

By the end the stakes are moral as much as cosmic. The final arc forces characters to decide between imprisoning the Abyss at the cost of their memories and identities, or letting it surge and remaking the world under a new order. It doesn't spoon-feed a neat victory; it tests whether people can rebuild after darkness, and I left the last chapter sitting with a quiet ache and admiration for the restraint in its sorrow.
