The death speaks in human language to Mike who's about to lose light from his single eye. His descend stops as it exactly stops in front of death. Mike who has little vision in his eye saw the face of the death that is in front of him as the dim light from below shows the death silhouette's face. Eel face, glowing white two eyes, with hundreds of layers of razor-sharp teeth as its long tongue slipping out from its mouth. The rest of his body cannot be seen because of the darkness wrapping around him except its face.

The dead man didn’t need any light to see through the dimness. His eyes, inside which magic was pulsating, were a unique artefact. Perfect eyesight by day and by night, in fog or even in water.
