The minions all turned toward the lotus sitter, who nodded before attacking Frank. In an instant, a storm of the five elements struck Frank, and some even directed lightning bolts! It was a barrage of everything that Lofty found himself barely able to keep up, as it was the first time he had seen people wielding nature's power against each other. Before he could study anything closely, however, Frank wiped out all the minions in the blink of an eye! It was not just Lofty—even the lotus sitter and his surviving minoines were left gaping. They were knowledgeable, and all the techniques they had seen or learned were above the rest.

He says without looking up from his laptop. I frown, trying to understand the significance of his statement. “Okay, uh, who’s Minnie? How do you know she’s not dead? And why does that mean we’re in danger?” “Minnie Visser is a warrior who they assigned to our unit. She was our lookout, and she got pulled into a portal the day of the ambush. I would know if she’s dead. She’s not. So either she was a plant by Sin, and I don’t believe for a minute that she was, OR they could torture her for information.” He looks out the window, scratching the tape holding the gauze over his eye. “She’s a pretty tough bitch, but that doesn’t mean Sin can’t crack her.”

Everyone's attention turned to the back of the plane, where the voice was coming from. Without warning, a small body with black hair came flying towards me. But before she could reach me, Vidar reached out his hand, stopping the person. “Minnie,” Vidar he spoke in tone disdainful. I decided to follow the trail of dead bodies and continued going further and further until I came close to a staircase leading up. I climbed the staircase, and, and going up, I saw more. Minions. I was wowed at the number of minions that had dropped dead. I was counting earlier, but I lost count as they appeared to be too much. Lena had tapped into the anger and the anger was what was making her kill all these minions without even thinking twice

She murmured. "Oh my God--" A figure appeared just right beside Minho. It was Tina. Minho's spirits lifted like they never did before. She was alright. She was really alright. Sure, she looked to be gasping in horror at her transparent form, but she was back in one piece. Minho thanked the Macroverse silently for the blessing. "Tina." he whispered, immediately shifting into his fifth-dimensional form even if it hurt his weak vessel, just so he could touch her.

And she finally gave in to his bidding. * Minerva snuggled into his chest as they laid quietly beside each other. Vincent placed his hands across her waist, surrounding her like an overprotective lover. Earlier, Vlad had given her another medicine before she went for a bath. “Who were they?” Minerva asked in a whispering voice. After the needle pierced into her head, she lost consciousness in the process. They were after her and she knew it. “Shush. Let's not talk about them,” Vincent said, dismissing the subject but Minerva wasn't letting it drop.

That sounded like Damien Vane, the man in the profile in Lucy's filing cabinet. It didn't sound like the man she'd just made love to. But what did she know? She'd met him only two days ago, on the day she learned that her long-term boyfriend had cheated on her. When it came to instincts, Abbey's had led her a merry dance. She couldn't trust them. "I see," he said again, moving aside to let her pass. She swam until her feet touched the sandy bottom and hooked up her bra and buttoned her dress. Then she waded to where Lucy waited. She wasn't alone. A large, muscular, gorilla-like man slickly oiled from head to toe lay beside her.

When I got close I knocked hard on the thick and completely dark glass, it hurt my wrist. When the window slowly lowered, all my strength and desire to curse and fight fell to the ground. There was a man inside, perfect blue eyes, night-black hair and stubble. He looked twice my age and had a scar near his eyebrow. Immediately when I laid eyes on him, I felt something inexplicable, I couldn't put it into words, I had never felt it before.
