Not because of Victor’s name but because of the strength I had found within myself. Damien joined me on the stairs his arm around my waist. We looked out over the room together a united front. The guests raised their glasses again sensing the significance of the moment. I smiled feeling truly at peace for the first time in years. The corporate war still simmered in the background. The De Witts and other shadows remained. But tonight we celebrated victory. We showed the world that we had not only survived but thrived.

Just before her eyes closed, she heard someone gasp over the ringing, and she couldn’t tell what it was. The arena was silent for a while. The butterflies had dispersed, no more creatures, no more fire and no more energy balls from the sky. “It’s over” Victor sighed with finality and leaned against Agira with a tired smile. “It’s finally over and we won”. As he said that, there were many screams. Screams of joy, happiness, anger, loss. Not every Supernatural knew for sure but it was finally over. The victorious roars were like a chorus.

But before he could fire Alexander kicked his wrist. The gun flew across the ground. Victor cursed. Alexander grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the container. Hard. The metal wall shook from the impact. Victor groaned. Alexander pressed the barrel of his gun directly against Victor’s chest. Their faces inches apart. Victor’s breathing slowed. Then he smiled again. “You won.” Alexander’s voice was quiet. “Yes.” Victor chuckled weakly. “But you still don’t understand.” Alexander’s eyes narrowed. “Understand what?”

"This victory belongs to all of us. We stood together, faced the storm, and emerged stronger. It's a testament to the power of resilience and love." Just as we began to bask in the joy of our triumph, the sound of footsteps filled the room. Damien, our little bundle of energy, entered with a wide grin on his face. "What's all the celebration about? Did we win?" Elena scooped him up in her arms, showering him with affectionate kisses. "Yes, Damien. We won. Not that long, Night killed their last enemy. "Whooo! Finally!" Sean cheered. "I need a bath." Myron said massaging his shoulder. "I'll help you." Vance said and his mate grinned. "I'm starving!" Sean whined and Neo chuckled at his mate. Jax and Dominic howled in victory after Night. The pack members heard it through their links and they are celebrating for their victory. Kian plopped down on the ground, tired. Night went to him and attached their foreheads. "We did it, love. We did it." Kian said in their private link.

Victor roared, collapsing onto her, their breaths mingling. In the afterglow, snow swirled outside, but warmth enveloped them. Victor kissed her forehead, surprisingly tender. “Stay. Not as maid. As mine.” Elena smiled, tracing his jaw. “Merry Christmas, Victor.” The tree lights twinkled on, their heat a promise of more forbidden nights in his world of luxury and lust.

he shouts and I turn to face him and I once place my palm against my mouth in shock. He's holding a car key and instead of picking it, I look around in anxiety and when I see it, I run towards it. It's a car.. a V8 to be precise and it's standing all alone at the middle of the parking lot. Arthur and I join the others in the living room, where a beautiful Christmas tree stands, twinkling with lights and ornaments. We gather around, everyone smiling and chatting, waiting for the clock to strike twelve. There’s a sense of anticipation, and I can feel Arthur’s hand tighten around mine. Finally, the clock strikes midnight, and a cheer goes up. “Merry Christmas!” everyone calls out, exchanging hugs and kisses. Gifts are passed around, and the room fills with laughter and joy. After the gifts are exchanged, we all raise our glasses for a toast. Arthur’s father, a kind man with a twinkle in his eye, leads the toast.
