Villian Names Novels & Stories

They had me. "Let me… think about it for a night," I said, closing my eyes in despair. Back in my dark, damp attic room, I shakily opened my old laptop and searched for everything I could find on "Caspian Valerius." What I found made my blood run cold. I’d heard he was ruthless, but I never imagined the chilling titles and stories attached to his name. "The Butcher," "The Night King," "The Monster Who Put a Bullet in His Own Uncle's Head"... every label came with a bloody rumor.

Elian blinked. "Wait..." She pointed at him. "Adrian Reeves." His jaw dropped. "You know who I am?" "Of course I know who you are." She grinned. "'VillainSimp69.'" Elian wanted the floor to open and swallow him whole. "No." "Oh yes." "No." "Oh absolutely yes." She laughed harder. "Your comments section was legendary." Elian covered his face. "This is a nightmare." "My username was TragicEndings4Ever." Slowly, Elian lowered his hands.

“While you were busy banging on your young wife, Luca went berserk. He killed his uncles Gottardo and Ermano, and that cousin of his whose brother’s throat he crushed.” I leaned back, shocked. “What the fuck happened?” “Nobody really knows. Matteo’s not very forthcoming with information. It’s rumored Luca chopped up the entire new chapter of the Tartarus MC in Jersey too.” Simona tugged at my pants and slowly pulled herself up. I reached out to steady her as she grinned toothlessly up at me. “There are rumors that he’s on the hunt for traitors... Some suspect it’s got something to do with his wife. This is hush-hush, but she went to Chicago, where she met Dante fucking Cavallaro.”

It never went away; it just went underground! There were many fierce characters in the world of warriors, like the dreaded Twelve Evil Spirits. They would do anything for money, committing terrible acts. Nobody knew their real names, but everyone knew their scary nicknames. Elio's eyebrows knitted together. He knew how tough his enemy was. In a serious voice, he asked, "You must be working for someone. Who's the one in charge?"

From the man who believes he is always in control. Long time, Gianne, he wrote, adding a laughing emoji. Thor. Asshole.

Inside, on a small fold of writing-kelp, in my mother's handwriting, is a list of nine names. I read the second name. *Rick Varlo.* I read the fourth name. *Peter, family steward.* I read the seventh. *Liam.* My eyes keep going down the list. The ninth name is underlined. The ninth name is the only one underlined. The ninth name is one I have never heard in any court, any record, any song. *Calisto.* Just the one word. No house. No family designation. No location. As if my mother had wanted to write more and could not — as if writing the name in full was, for her, the same impossible breath my father had spent his last morning trying to push past his throat.

He asked in a rough voice, "Who said you could call me what my mom did?! My mom's not even in her grave yet, and you're already trying to replace her, aren't you?!" The system said, "It's over, kiddo. The villain's darkening level has hit 100%." I did not know what it meant to be completely villainous. All I knew was that Dad was heartbroken and furious! He was like a wild animal pushed to the edge. Julia looked scared, quickly moving closer to Grandpa. "Honey, if the child dislikes me this much, maybe I should just go..." Grandpa, already a volcano of anger, turned even redder. "She's my wife and your elder! How can you talk to your own mother that way?!"

But it was too soon. The doors slid open, and a man I didn't recognize stepped out. He was older, dressed in a charcoal suit that cost more than a year of my father’s salary. He carried a leather briefcase and moved with the silent, practiced grace of a shark. "Mrs. Blackwood," he said, his voice as smooth as polished stone. "My name is Silas Vane. I am the patriarch of the family Killian and Dominic so desperately tried to destroy." The Third Monster.

I was truly living the life of a side character, being treated that way by my own brothers. I picked up the pesticide bottle, twisted it open, and poured it straight into my mouth. "What are you doing?!" Charlie screamed in terror, his face turning deathly pale. Even the usually composed Lucas panicked at that moment. "Are you insane? Did you really drink it?" My consciousness grew increasingly hazy, and I thought, 'What's so insane about it?' The original character in that world, Maddison Sherman, was just a villainous side character doomed to die sooner or later anyway. I remembered that the original plot said that she was supposed to die there, but it was by suicide with a knife instead.

“What lover? Is she really a loose character girl, Vlad? You must have known about her character last night.” Vladimir clenched his fingers tightly into a fist and left to see his wife leaving his confusing father and angry brother behind. “Valentina!” Mia sneered at her cousin. “Stop asking stupid questions!” “What's stupid about this?” She asked. “We all know what kind of man Bratva Pakhan is? People call him the Sinner. And Rose, she is a plain Jane unlike me. But given his ugly Scarred features he could get only her.” Valentina let out a giggle as if she made the joke.
