Della woke up with a start. Sweat ran down her face as she struggled to regain her breath, and her heart was thumping like crazy in her chest. She turned her head and saw that Michael was still fast asleep. It was dark outside, and the bedside clock on the cabinet told Della that it was a few minutes after five a.m. She sunk back into her pillow and looked up at the ceiling.

My mind was a mess, and deep down I just wanted to close my eyes and wake up to realize that everything was just a terrible nightmare. *********** My eyes snapped open, and my gaze darted frantically around my room, this was the fifth time I had woken up since I closed my eyes to sleep, and each time my eyes opened, the harsh reality I had discovered hours before would crawl deep into my skin, reminding me that it was still my reality. My eyes darted to Ashley, who held onto me like I would vanish if she let go. I reached for my phone to check the time. 5: 30 am. I grabbed Ashley's hand and tried to pull it away from mine but her eyes popped open and she jerked up, staring back at me.

Chapter 14 Mondrian’s POV My head buzzed slightly as I stretched in my bed my hands gripping the edge of the sheets as I shifted and twisted taking in the scent of the fresh morning dew. I didn’t have to check the alarm clock to know the time since it was already ingrained into my system. Barely forty-five minute past five, the same time for five hundred years I knew better than to try to stop the habit that’d been inbuilt after I’d taken up the position of alpha after dads death.

Morning Dante’s day always began early. By 5:30 AM, he was already up, the early morning light just beginning to break through the curtains. He never needed an alarm—his mind always woke him up before the rest of the world. He would start with a quick workout in the gym, pushing himself through a series of intense exercises, the familiar rhythm of lifting weights grounding him. It was his time alone, where he could clear his thoughts and prepare for the day ahead.

5 Days Later Too bright she thinks to herself as she opens her eyes. She blinks until her eyes adjust to the light and the scene in the room. A crumpled up figure is spotted in the chair opposite the bed and she tries to speak but feels too late the obstruction in her mouth. Four Years Later Kira's POV “Kira, please don’t look!” My mother’s desperate voice echoed in my head like a haunting memory. It wasn’t real, just a nightmare I couldn’t escape. May's POV Waking up in the morning finds me warm, too warm. I look around me and find that I am wrapped up in the warm embrace of two werewolves. I look into the eyes of the one I'm facing as she smiles in her sleep. She looks so peaceful. I wonder what she is dreaming of? Just as I start to wonder what she's dreaming of, the man behind me whispers in my ear, "She's dreaming of a five-way." I slowly turn myself so I'm facing him. I could feel his naked cock against my clothed ass and was thinking he was just asleep. "Oh, that's right. You can read everyone you're linked to, well their minds, anyway."
