“Well,” I said, frowning down at the clue again. “If the thing you’re looking at is ahead, it’s likely that the shadow will be to its side. Not necessarily, but the rest of it fits, I think. One colour, yeah – shadows are all dark. And the sun is yellow, orange, and red, and darkness is the opposite to the light of the sun. Any size and shape, yeah, that fits too. You can’t escape it…” I mumbled to myself.
