***** It didn't take long for Alarick to break and Erriene was on his back as soon as they entered the warlord's room- no- THEIR bedroom. Erriene was lying on the bed with Alarick in between his legs and hovering over him. “We just got here, I’m tired,” Erriene said even as he pressed back against Alarick’s touch, and body arching a little as the warlord buried his face against the junction of his neck and shoulders. Alarick thought about stopping, but his instinct told him that this was just one of those times where Erriene was embarrassed about laying with him. So he kissed his mouth shut and Erriene moaned into the kiss.

Just like with the wolves, she could sense his beast inside him. She never understood how she could sense shifters and the different rankings. Nathan said, the smile creeping into a wide grin. Agnar narrowed his eyes at him. His wolf Ivar inside of him growling like crazy. He didn't understand the anger he was feeling towards Nathan. He pulled the girl closer to him, wrapping both arms around her. A small growl escaping him. Nathan put his hands up and stepped away. “Easy Alpha. She’s gonna be perfect for you.” Nathan laughed loudly now, His Alpha didn't know. How could he not see it. Nathan was still holding his hands up in the air.

I fight my way towards her, feeling Xander beside me. We tear through the enemies, slicing our way through them with claws and teeth. At one point, I feel a wolf sink his teeth into my hind quarters. I yelp and kick him off. As I’m turning around to attack him, Xander swipes at him with his claws, catching the rearing wolf in the chest. The warrior falls to the ground and I jump onto his throat, effectively crushing his larynx and killing him. The wound on my leg heals within seconds.

Maddox puffed his chest and crossed his arms against it. “Show us you are worthy to become one of us, Catherine.” He said proudly, and I wanted to roll my eyes, but I kept my expression stoic as I met the warrior’s gaze in front of me. “Luna Catherine…” The warrior nodded his head and was about to position himself when I spoke, making him snap his head in my direction again. “My name is Catherine Montrell,” I emphasized my last name. “Call me, Lady Montrell, warrior.” He swallowed before a genuine smile tugged on his mouth, but it was gone in seconds. The fierceness in his eyes was gone as well, replaced by respect and fascination, giving me hope that he would not aim for the kill.
