The Price Of Fate

The Price Of Fate

My father’s wolf stepped forward, tail stiff, head high. Hold, he linked, the Alpha bond cracking through every mind like a whip. No one chases. No one panics. We kill what crosses. We keep them away from town. A chorus of voices answered through the link, warriors confirming, betas acknowledging, the Gamma repeating the instructions so the younger ones didn’t forget. And then the first enemy moved. It didn’t lunge like a wolf. It darted like a blade. It slammed into our front line with unnatural speed, scales scraping against teeth as one of our warriors snapped at its neck, And broke a tooth. The warrior yelped, stumbling back. The scaled creature turned its head slowly, almost amused, and

Laws Of The Wolf {Book 2}

Laws Of The Wolf {Book 2}

I almost laughed, remembering what other qualities the wolfhound was listing, but I restrained myself in time and measured the newly minted noble hero with a cool look. It’s nice, of course, that he was not indifferent to me, but he talked about what he didn’t know about, and what didn’t concern him at all, and saying what he said about Grisha was a very bad idea, because the wolfhound had no less acute hearing than a purebred wolf, and could hear his words. Well, it was possible to make up legends about his temper, especially since he didn’t like Misha anyway. “Mish, you really have to go,” I said as softly as possible. - If I need something, I'll call you.

But Logan had lost his balance and Casper had fallen from that height, resulting in a dislocated elbow and several other wounds. Casper had been his closest friend. He remembered that that particular chapter had been his most favourite in 5he entire book. He had read it so many times that the pages were filled with of fingerprints and the pages had been dog-eared.

Tangled Destinies

Tangled Destinies

It was slightly heavier than the others, and as she peeled away the layers of tape and folded back the cardboard, her eyes landed on something that made her lips curve into a smile. A Canine Musketeers book. Its cover gleamed with an emerald sheen, the illustration playful and inviting. A cartoonish German shepherd stood poised with a sword in its mouth, facing off against a husky, their blades exaggeratedly long and dramatic. Lila swallowed hard. Aaron loved this series. It was the very first thing they had talked about when he and Winnie had wandered into the bookstore the day they met. Her throat tightened, and before she could stop it, a tear slipped down her cheek. She inhaled sharply,

War of Threes

War of Threes

The emotions coming down the bond were determination, alertness, and anxiety, though those aren’t abnormal when in a battle. I finally break through the treeline and tear into one of two wolves that are attacking one of our warriors. I catch him completely by surprise, easily wrapping my jaws around his neck before biting down and shaking my head vigorously. I hear his neck snap at the same time that the warrior I aided smacks the other wolf with her paw, sending the enemy flying, his mouth bleeding. He staggers to his feet, obviously dazed. Too bad that he couldn’t get his bearings before our warrior jumped on him, ripping his throat out.

The Alphas Little Warrior

The Alphas Little Warrior

As the rest of the compound was now on high alert. As we patrolled, I realized quickly that I don’t have a mind link with anyone here, so I needed to be mindful of the warrior next to me, if we get separated, I’ll literally be all on my own. As we stayed in the shadows of the dense forest, we both spotted them at the same time, there were several unauthorized intruders coming over the wall. My only hope was that the warrior next to me alerted the others. I pushed myself against the wall as I stalked towards them and lunged for the one closest to me, a blind attack. Scarlett quickly reminded me that this wasn’t training, that I was going for the kill and without hesitation I did. Quickly

This book is great. Tenderness, yarning, caring ML, badass FML, adorable child character, likable supporting characters, and humor. There's an annoying subplot at the beginning, but don't let that put you off—it's definitely worth reading on.

Throne of Claws (Book one of Dragons and Wolves)

Throne of Claws (Book one of Dragons and Wolves)

But if I told them the truth, maybe they would take me back to Thornwood. “A werewolf.” I said as loud as I could muster. Collective gasps broke out around me. Gasps of shock and disdain. I dragged my gaze around, confused by their reaction. Wait, he did say this was the ‘Dragon Keep’. The memory of when I came across a book about Dragons rushed into my mind. “...dragons are egoistic creatures who think they're better than everyone. They hung our kind for sport. They're monsters, Eloise…” Mae had told me that day.

The Twice-Rejected Luna, His Only Healer

The Twice-Rejected Luna, His Only Healer

The night filled with snarls and the sound of claws raking against pavement. The lead rogue, a large black wolf with blood-red eyes, charged at one of Derek’s warriors. His claws swiped at the warrior’s side, but the gray wolf dodged, spinning on his hind legs and slashing at the rogue’s flank. Blood splattered across the ground, but the rogue barely flinched, retaliating with a powerful bite aimed at the warrior’s throat. The gray wolf jumped back just in time, countering with a vicious attack that tore into the rogue’s shoulder.

I like the descriptions used, especially the intense chemistry...ha Ella's life ordeals are like a rollercoaster - kudos to Jay shine. I saw what you did there. Alpha Kelvin and Alpha Derek DON'T deserve Ella after what they made her go through. I really like the story. Thumbs up Jay!

I am literally in love with this book. I just like the way the book progresses fast at the beginning. But I'm more in love with the FL's rise to power as a high sought doctor. If you want a titillating read, then this book would be absolutely perfect for you. Amazing work author. Keep it up ...
