Kieran’s POV It was easier to say I was moving on than to actually do it. I sighed, turned the page of the book I was reading, and tried to focus on the words. The book was one of war strategy in werewolf packs, describing different formations, the best positions to claim on the battle field, tactics, and ways to keep your wolves motivated. It was the sort of thing I often read, finding interest in running and ruling a pack, and trying to put what I learnt into my training as a Warrior Wolf. I’d always thought that I’d be a better soldier if I understood the scope of war as a whole.

ALARIC'S POV The battlefield had become a blur of motion and chaos. The scent of blood, sweat, and fear clung to the air, mixing with the sharp tang of adrenaline. Warriors fought in wolf form, their bodies flashing in the dim light, their howls and growls reverberating through the chaos. The air was thick with tension, the earth shaking beneath the ferocity of their battle. Alaric’s heart pounded as he moved through the battlefield, each step purposeful and calculated. His silver fur gleamed, an unspoken symbol of his power and dominance as the Eclipse Wolf. His eyes, sharp and focused, scanned the horizon, knowing the final showdown was approaching.

Warriors poured out of the dungeon like a tidal wave and the yard erupted into full-scale war. Rogues and pack warriors clashed violently, humans shifted into wolves, howls and growls tore through the evening air, and blood splattered across the once dry earth. I forced myself not to look when one of our warriors pinned a rogue to the ground and ripped out his throat with brutal efficiency. And that was only the beginning. Our warriors moved like predators. Agile, precise and deadly, just like their Alpha. You could see their training, their discipline and their purpose. Like they were fighting for something. Or rather, someone.

Then I jumped over a wolf lying on the ground, his breath was out of breath, and blood was coming from his back; I was shocked because he was my warrior. I protected him from the enemy wolves who wanted to kill him. I growled and clawed at the air, warning them not to come any closer. The warrior wolf had not died; I bought time for his strength to recover. I save his life while waiting for news from the chief warrior and the generals who are searching for the whereabouts of Alpha from Blue Sea Pack. I stand on top of his body and claw at the enemies. I can move my right and back legs at the same time. My tail wags to express how exciting this war is.
