Warship Island Novels & Stories

He saluted the soldiers as they passed. The island was large enough that distant hills blocked my view of its other edge. Perhaps two thousand Mekran troops marched onto its beach. I didn’t know how the demon monarchies could be ignorant of an island this large, but I also did not know where precisely this island was. I didn’t see other bodies of land in any direction; merely open water. A fleet of airships hovered above the beach, the Snickering Bovine among them. Alkin’s ship, it seemed, had already been repurposed. Other vessels ascended above the clouds, presumably to take Salem by surprise in the heat of battle.

Philip The battle between Josh and me will take place in the middle of the sea, two kilometers from the island's shore. It's called a Viper Turf War. The battleground is an engineering marvel—a square platform made of thick hydro foam, built to float and move with the ocean's waves. It's anchored to the seabed and operated by a high-tech remote system, but its real challenge comes from the relentless strength of the waves. Crates line the sides, containing either weapons or nothing at all.

6 I always told Chen Boyan that I was afraid of water. In fact, I was a gold medalist on the varsity swim team in high school. I never thought that the ambush that was laid a long time ago could be used today. On the ship there was actually another police comrade who was undercover, disguised as a crew member. He told me that the topmost side of the ship on the plywood was actually able to be monitored by cameras throughout. And according to the ship's sailing route, nine hundred meters from the ship, there is a small island.

My legs buckled when I was told that they'd fished the body of Christopher Quinton from the sea. My knees smashed into the gravel beneath my feet because I knew he'd have survived if he hadn't tried to save me. Three days later, I dealt with all the enemies and became the demoness of Porton's elite circle. Five years later, the pier business expanded considerably. However, I kept the scar on my arm as a memento to remind me of him. It had been five years since he died, exactly five years. I bought a bottle of herbicide in an attempt to take my own life. Then, I saw the supposedly dead Christopher proposing to my best friend, Zoe Shaw. I saw all my underlings congratulate them. I froze for

The captain stepped forward, clasping me by the shoulders, "you've just won an all expenses paid vacation to a private, secluded island off the coast of Papeno." Several people clapped, sarcastically of course. I looked around in sheer horror, my mouth gaping. Papeno was an island in the Isle of Denali, an island dotted by even smaller, more secluded islands where the shark infested, sharply currented waters were a death sentence if you found yourself shipwrecked, or stuck ashore… This was it. I was going to die. "I'm expected in Valoria—" "Aye, so are we. But we have time for a detour, don't we boys?" Several men nodded and mumbled in agreement, nudging each other.

In a low, piercing voice, Damien questioned icily. Kyle swallowed forcefully. "A mobile, fully operational warship that and armedves war" On the screen, he indicated a command deck diagram that was flashing. If she activates those payloads, we're done. It's a launch platform, not simply a ship. The phrase "new coordinates, new war" As the battleship approached international waters—a no man's land that is impervious to international oversight—the satellite feed zoomed out, showing a moving trajectory. "She is enticing us," Vanessa gave a snarl. If not, why make it this obvious?

Horatio stood proudly at the prow, letting the wind and waves on the sea whip around him. Although there were huge waves on the surface of the sea, they couldn't get near Horatio at all. It was as if there was a wall of air separating him completely from the outside world. Behind him, Ajax was already drenched by the seawater that poured down from above. Meanwhile, Lars formed a sign with one hand and kept the falling seawater three feet above his head. Behind the speedboat, over 100 warships fanned out as they advanced upon the island.

But it also meant that it would be difficult for me to reach the island. “Of course not. Those are just rumors. Many ships have been wrecked because of the reef and most of the reef is in the water, so it’s hard for the sailors to tell where the reef is and avoid it. There are sharks on this island, but few. The name of the island is Palaca,” he replied as he went back to talking to someone. “Then how did you know where the reef was? And what ship are you using now?” I asked curiously.

Shadow Warriors hear the call and slowly enter the town's square. Marinah's scream suddenly cuts off. "How dith the Federation get onth the island without us knothing?" she yells at the men, twirling around to look at each of them accusingly. "I don'th care whath it takes, finth those kiths." At least she's thinking clearer. "Head to the citadel," I say to the women who are still staring at Marinah like she has two heads. "They have a whale," yells Che from about ten yards away.

I said smiling. "I could get used to that Title!" he said giving me a huge hug, "We did it!" We could see our kingdom's islanders on the beach watching with wonder at this magnificent ship. We had decided to bring her up just off of our shores so we could have quick access to her but keep her camouflaged from view, keeping all world satellites from spotting her. Then I remembered, "David,"
