**Elizabeth's POV** * I looked over at Austin and I met his sights just enough that I felt burned by fire. He was looking at me with a very unfriendly and hostile look in his eyes. Apparently the reason he had stopped the conversation was not to help me, but because he did not want to hear anyone talking about rogue. "Go on!Keep teaching your fucking course!" Austin yelled at the teacher. The teacher shivered with fear. Austin was scarier than Brandon in his eyes. "... The biggest pack in Timber Wolf is currently the black river pack." "In addition to Timber Wolf, there are five other kinds of werewolves. They are Poison Wolf,Giant Wolf,Winged Wolf,Dwarf Wolf,and Fire Wolf."

I jumped off him, shaking out my fur as I padded to the lake’s edge. The water mirrored back a sight that made me pause. A large white wolf stared at me with piercing amber eyes that seemed to burn with a quiet intensity. My reflection shimmered in the ripples, and I noticed something etched into the fur on my shoulder—a faint, almost otherworldly marking. Its shape was indistinct, like a symbol on the verge of revealing its meaning.

That's no Azura. Aloraaa. My name elongates into a drawn-out moan. As the figure steps into the moonlight, I can't divert my gaze. It's a wolf, an enormous beast that would make a Great Dane look small. Its fur is the darkest black, even blacker than obsidian. Alora? It twitches its snout but doesn't look at me. It sways its head around but fails to spot me. The wolf pivots and retreats into the woods just as I tumble into the water. I don't know what-

What they see makes them pause, disbelief seizing their faces. Oto, the large, dark-furred wolf, growls fiercely at the Major Archon. His eyes gleam with a wild, defiant light. His jaws are open, displaying his sharp fangs in a clear sign of rejection. The Major Archon attempts to connect with him, but Oto resists. His growl intensifies, a sound that reverberates in the air, full of challenge and defiance.

About twenty meters away I spot them, or more to the point I spot him. Clayton Blackridge Alpha of the Lobo Sombra pack in his huge gun metal grey wolf. Standing to his right is a brown and grey wolf slightly smaller in height and not as muscular, possibly his Beta. My wolf starts stalking towards them and even though I am protesting she wants him. As I get closer he shifts back then the other wolf turns I realise he is giving us some privacy.

"Brandur is one. You remember he is called The Destroyer?" She fought back the gratifying smile that tugged at her lips with his growing unease. Maybe she could scare him enough into abandoning his plan and tell her where baby Brand was before the wolves caught up to them. "And they are not just regular wolves," she continued. "They are the size of the legendary Dire wolves. Brand's wolf comes almost up to my shoulder on his flat feet. His teeth are as fearsome as the Háhyrnir (killer whale) that roamed our sea."

However, his progress was halted when a massive wolf leapt in front of him, its jaws gaping and its eyes flashing with deadly intent. Alister's mind raced as he assessed the situation. The wolf was clearly a beta, but that didn't mean it wasn't a formidable opponent. Its black coat was mottled with patches of fiery red fur, which seemed to glow in the light of the moon. Alister could sense the raw power emanating from the creature, and he knew he would have to be quick and decisive if he wanted to take it down.

Four of the females were in sight and we could even see the pups. "Now Alastor is one of the biggest wolfs to be recorded in all of history. On his four paws, he gets up to six feet! As cool as it would be to see him, he never ever comes out. He has his own den there in the ba- well would you look at that! There he is!" She pointed into the pen at the huge beast walking across the dirt. She was right, he was huge. His fur was coal-black but when the light hit it just right, it had bits of red. He was shaggy but definitely not lanky like the rest of them. He looked like a bear more than a wolf. He was sniffing around, covering more ground than I could running. His huge paws came to a stop and

the beta says, looking at the two boys who are looking at me like I grew another head. "Remember when we said there's two grey wolves and one white one?" alpha Aiden asks. "Yes, alpha," River answer him, he's much bigger, he's almost the size of an adult wolf while I stayed my small self. "White wolves are special wolves, only six of them exist, do you know why they are super important to the pack?" alpha Rowan explains. "They are omegas? Well, what's left of them," River says, and the beta nods proudly, he must have explained that to them during the classes.
