VESPER GREY LYSAN POV Tonight was the night. I glanced down at the parcel on my bed, then with trembling hands, I gripped the edge of the wrap and peeled it open. It was a gun. Zevran had sneaked me a gun. At this moment I was sure he was working on destroying the security system. He'd given me a watch and told me when to move. I picked up the gun, the weight of it assuring me of how much damage it could do.

The look on Wesley’s face was a mixture of shock, disbelief, hope, and fear, all in equal measure. His skin paled, his eyes widened, and his hands shook as he reached out for the book and held it, his fingertips skimming over the page.

He reached for his bag. “What do you mean?” Wade asked, looking at him. “My room is the one directly opposite this.” He chuckled to ease the tension. “I made a mistake.” “Oh,” Wade said, taking the cigarette from his lips for the first time in Harold's presence. “It was nice meeting you, though. Have a beautiful session.” Harold nodded, grabbed his bag and headed out. There was something about the way Wade said, “have a beautiful session,” that didn't go well with him.

Azrael said after a pause before disappearing into thin air. Teleporting herself inside the cave, she looked at the large dirty blue-colored book that had violet orbs embedded on it, and couldn't help but open it to write what she saw today. It was a book she had been trying to find ever since she lost it. It was the future depicting book of the witches that would vaguely tell about their future.
