"You're truly an excellent beta; I hope your Alpha recognizes your worth," I complimented him. He beamed, clearly pleased by my words. Suddenly, my nose wrinkled, detecting the unmistakable stench of death. Where was it emanating from? The beta noticed too, his expression turning grim. "Day walkers," he whispered urgently. We tracked the foul odor to the old man's house, where we discovered a couple of Day Walking Vampires siphoning the lifeblood from the unfortunate elder.

Darren chipped. “And whatever she’s using is making them freakishly strong,” Daniel added. “So basically the Walking Dead?” “The Walking Dead.” As we stepped out of Darren's house, the cool evening air enveloped us, carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the distant hum of crickets. But the tranquility was short-lived, shattered by the weight of our mission. Nathan unfolded the paper, his eyes scanning the address as we walked towards our car. "It's an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town," he said, his voice low and urgent. "Let's gear up and get moving."

We proceeded to drive around the Walmart parking garage, trying to search for any visible sign of activity that might be a potential danger to us. About eighteen undead were walking around another end of the platform, gathered together like a mindless, bloodthirsty swarm, but we easily avoided them since we parked on the other corner.

"These zombies are held against their will. They do not have a choice but to obey instructions. Did you see what happened to that zombie at the oven?
