It’s just life, and I how I choose to respond to it, I have realized, is what really matters. When something unexpected comes your way, take a step back, take a look around at the whole picture, and decide how you’d like to respond. Watching someone else’s life pass is always more fun; you do not wish to sit and realize that yours has just not gone the way you have planned. One morning you will wake up, and that life-changing event will take you by surprise, and you will not know how to react. The fact is that everyone reacts in their own way. There is no right way or wrong way to go through what it is that you are experiencing.

For their own selfishness, trying to seek my power. I think it's time that I take control of myself and not allow anyone to take advantage of me. I need to step up and fight for what I deserve. I just don't know how to start. I wish that life could be simpler but that way of life is not going to happen, at least not for a long time. I need to adjust to the life that I'm living now and figure out what will be my next move to live the life I want to live.
