The wolf found Linux amusing as he listened to Tarrin argue with his friend, “This guy’s pretty funny. I can see why you two are so very close!”
“We’re not that close!” Tarrin said in a sudden outburst, making Linux jump in the driver’s seat, saying, “Okay, okay, calm down, you and she aren’t that close. No need to get your pants in a bunch.”
Tarrin pinched the bridge of his nose. He was embarrassed and tired of explaining himself, “Just pull over there at the entrance. See you in an hour, do not be late,” he said, pointing at Hydelos’s entrance.
