A few moments after, we were both giggling, as each meme was funnier than the other. “Damn, this one’s good.” I chuckled. Then, I caught a strong scent. Elijah. I couldn’t lift my head because I didn’t want to see his angry face. He cleared his throat, making us look at him. Leo quickly took the phone and stood up. “Master,” he bowed.

I played with the tooth in my fingers, unsure if I wanted to tell him that lemon sharks weren't man-eaters. “What?” he asked, frowning slightly. I wondered if he could read my mind. “Lemon sharks...” I took a deep breath. “They don't eat people.” “You said one bit you.” His face split into a grin and he bounced on his toes with glee. As soon as I took out my phone from my bag, I saw countless messages from Leo and Elisa. It was an interesting sight, especially when I read Leo's and Elisa's messages together. I reckon it could be a brand-new meme on Reddit that would go viral for quite a while because it was hilarious. LILA POV I'm about to do something stupid. Don't blame me. Sometimes, life is like a cruel joke, serving you lemons when you don't even have water or sugar to make lemonade.
