After getting the key to the room and the description of the suite, I entwined my fingers with Alexa's before strolling towards the elevator which takes us to the second floor where the suite is. Conscious of the silent woman beside me, I spare her a glance. Her face is devoid of emotions and her head is high up, making her look like the bride I imagined. I smile inwardly as we enter the elevator with the luggage. We plan to spend a week here before going back to New York. Coming to Cuba for my honeymoon has never been a plan. Alex (P.O.V.) We were back in America now, specifically New York, with the gang and we were currently looking for an apartment for the lot. Kyle and I have our dorms and of course Richard's house. Speaking of which, I kind of forgot about mother dearest. I wonder how she would feel and what she would do if she saw Kyle. “My mum said something... Weird. I don’t understand what she meant but something isn’t right. I think Cassy is going to need us, both of us.” There was something about the flash of desperation that crossed Katie’s eyes that silenced any protest on Alex’s tongue. Though she was technically a civilian, Katie was as trained and capable as a warrior and if things went sideways at the Trial, Alex knew she’d be grateful to have her on side. " Michael says wrapping his arm around my side with a smile in her direction. "We are going to head up to our room now so Katie can get settled." Alex says grinning like a fool wrapping his arm around Katie's shoulders and heading up the stairs. I smile shaking my head after them. "Shall we go check in with mom about your ceremony tomorrow?" Michael asks squeezing my torso to him."Yes we should." I say giggling. We turn and head towards my soon to be office in search of Klair.

I pulled into the first space for my jeep and threw my arm out the window pointing her to the second. I then hop out and grab Rex’s leash and then help him climb out of the jeep.
