No one knew except Queen, her mates, and Queen's Beta Jack the true reason behind Queen becoming Luna. And today her mates told the council that she cannot become the mother of their children. All of them have played a very deep trick to snatch away the Luna title from Queen by making such false allegations. Even after knowing all the things, Queen felt a deep hurt in her heart but she did not let her pain show on her face.

“A runaway Luna cannot reclaim her title without completing the trials. No exceptions.” I stayed quiet, listening as they debated my fate like I wasn’t standing right there. Part of me wanted to interrupt, to tell them exactly what I thought of their archaic traditions. But another part understood this was necessary. They needed to see me prove myself, needed concrete evidence that I could handle what being Luna actually meant. Elder Chen raised his hand, silencing the murmurs that had started spreading through the room. “The trials consist of three tasks, each designed to test different aspects of Luna capability.”

The room was large enough to fit over two hundred members and still have enough space to spar without bumping into anyone. “We are going to do things a little different today. As you have all heard I have found someone that will be stepping up as the Luna of the pack. Today she is joining us. We are going back to the basics, so everyone spread out.” As I expected, no one complained as they spread out and got into position. Typically in order for a Luna to be excepted as a Luna, she had to show her skills as a warrior, to prove she could help protect the pack. I just hope Brook has the desire to learn to defend herself, then maybe she will learn quickly.
