What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Their Little White Lie

Their Little White Lie

BLAZE WILLIAMS Mum had been on my neck about when I was returning home. I eventually told her. Imagine my surprise when I saw Marcy waiting for me. It wasn't hard to spot her in their crowd of people. The one person in the crowd who had a strand of her hair dyed white was Marcy. The person who locked eyes with me smiled with her teeth, and waved at me was Marcy. The person I least expected was Marcy and she was right here, pretending this was normal.

Whispers of Smoke: A Second Chance at Life

Whispers of Smoke: A Second Chance at Life

How idealistic of him. As for the house he mentioned? It was just a worthless secondhand house. Besides, Riverpolis had been shifting its economic center to the south over the past few years, which caused the houses in my area to fall. That house was really not worth that much money. He wanted to use my money to get himself a good reputation? This was a great plan, and it was clear that he was not the one who thought about it. I looked toward Joy, and she was startled. I could see the excitement she did not manage to hide.

Ruined by Our Legacy

Ruined by Our Legacy

The line cut. "Good" riven uttered cutting the call. Pride moved on his face like a shadow. He stepped away, careful, leaving distance between himself and the echo of the shot. Far enough that no one would find the origin. Mr. White lay on the road. Sound crowded him distant sirens, a high whining in his ears that might have been real or might have been inside his skull. He tasted copper. He tasted smoke. Some of his men fled into the folds of night, their steps small and urgent. He felt suddenly small, cheap, a thing left on the pavement. He was pathetic now. Broken. Vulnerable. They did not care whether he lived or died.

I Mistook The Billionaire For A Stripper

I Mistook The Billionaire For A Stripper

He knew things I never told him. How did he even know I was here, in this hospital? Mr. White would have buried this from the public. Just like years ago, when he erased the truth of my miscarriage, and silenced the press about how I could never give birth again. The White family was old money. They had the kind of power that could make anything vanish, rewriting it however they pleased. And I was barely more than a ghost, someone people knew existed, yet never truly saw. No one was supposed to know I was here, so how had Alexander managed to find out?

Sienna White and Her Seven Lovers

Sienna White and Her Seven Lovers

I didn’t remember much that night. But I knew for a fact that the cab ride was quick because Xavier said we should go to his place instead of mine, which was probably over half an hour away. He lived closer to Soho, and I enjoyed him speaking something dirty into my ears while we were in the car. He knew his words that made me wet. We ignored the cab driver’s judgmental gaze. It was not like we would meet him again. Life was too short to refrain and be proper on a night like this, a night when everything seemed to exist only in the moments. And I always take that one of Oscar Wild’s quotes seriously, the one he wrote that life is a moment, and one should make it always burn with the hardest

Midnight Whispers

Midnight Whispers

Once inside I paced along the floor fluffing up my coat. Shift back. Shift back! Seconds later my hands and blonde hair welcomed me and I sighed in relief. Emma knew. She now knew exactly who and what I was. If Eric ever found out of my being the White Wolf I would never get to leave. I ran back into the room realizing she had fixed up the bed and folded some clothes. Her cheeks were flushed and she kept glancing at me in what she thought was discreet. “You’re...” She stopped herself looking at the door and bit her lip.

Her Worst Nightmare

Her Worst Nightmare

It had been them. The Angels. When the awful skin-prickling silence settled in after the storm, I dared myself to open my eyes and look, even though everything was screaming at me not to. Don't look. Don't see . Everything was a bright white as far as the eye could see. A stark, cold landscape stretched for miles like an icy panorama, and yet, as I looked closer at the ground beneath me, I realised it wasn't frozen at all, as I had first thought. Crouched on my knees, I rubbed my hand over the patchwork blanket of earth and grass, collecting some of the white soil in my palm and watching as it crumbled back to the ground like fine, cocaine-like dust. It wasn't ice or snow. It was just all wh

Great book so far. The style and storyline of the book outshines other books on this and other platforms by miles. So impressed I am rating it before I finish it. You should be really proud you this author

RECLAIMING HIS REJECTED MATE

RECLAIMING HIS REJECTED MATE

Books lay open across the desk, and papers covered almost every available surface. I reached for another old book that had been tucked away at the very back of one of the shelves. Unlike the others, it was noticeably thinner, its leather cover faded with age. As I brushed away the dust that had settled over it, three words slowly came into view. The White Wolves. My heartbeat quickened as I stared at the title for a brief moment before opening the book without wasting another second. “Finally.” The first few pages were filled with handwritten accounts describing the White Wolves as though they had truly existed.
