I pleaded and inhaled sharply when she told me yes. "I heard you're my guardian angel," I mumbled and Grace gritted her teeth and cursed. "You can thank my asshole father for that mess. He assigned me so I'd have to end my relationship with you Mortas, guardian angels can't be involved with who they are guarding so we should not, ugh you understand," she mumbled irritatedly. So she was breaking some major angel rules to be here with me. I smiled at my little delinquent wife. "I thought only full blood angels could be guardians," I said softly and Grace shrugged her shoulders.

I sprang up immediately, realizing this wasn’t my home nor anywhere I was familiar with. Then, a little girl ran into the room. Angel. The same girl I had saved last night. My confusion only deepened. Why was I here with her again? A man in a wheelchair wheeled himself in. I had seen him yesterday, though I couldn’t recall exactly when. “I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry,” I blurted quickly as he explained how he had found me and brought me here. I hurried to put on my shoes, ready to leave. But then Angel tugged at my hand. She held up her tablet. On it, words appeared:

Because of the restraints, Myra got the upperhand and defeated them all. Kaze took a few steps back after saving Kent. He crossed his arms and observed the situation calmly. He wanted to take the chance to identify the situation, hoping to spot more secrets from the girl’s movements, so he did not take any rash action. In just a few moments, all the bodyguards who surrounded Myra were defeated. They all fell to the ground with painful groans. “Pastor Angelo from St. John Church is here!” Suddenly, one of the bodyguards outside the door announced in delight.

“I know who your so-called mysterious higher-up guardian angel is, Mas.” Mason's brows furrowed in confusion while his eyes widened with incredulity as he responded. “You know who he or she is?!” He paused a little as his voice rose in disbelief before he added. “But you didn’t even know I had a higher-up guardian angel until just now when I told you about it! So how on earth do you know who it is?” I inhaled deeply once again, steadying myself before dropping the bombshell by saying, “It’s... Dad, Mas. Dad is your mysterious 'higher-up' guardian angel.”

I clear my throat quietly and bring myself to focus as she repeats herself once more. “Alpha Wade,” she says slowly, making sure I am paying attention this time. “I, Aliauna Fletcher, 115th Guardian of the Guardian sect, bind myself to you. It is my honor and my mission to protect you at all costs, My life is forfeit if it means that you may survive. My blade and my body are weapons for you to use as protection. I am your shield, your sword, and your confidant.” She takes the stone dagger off the pillow between us and she lifts it up to the sky.

"What could that be? Amelia asked shivering. "The question is who could that be " Eric replied quiet unmoved by the gun shots. "It could be Derek, Samantos, Anna or anybody ". He took the fork and knife. He held the full chicken on one of the trays with the fork and cut it with the knife. He picked it with the knife into his mouth savoring every taste. "God please forgive me, holy Mart take control. Angel Micheal, son of God. I mean Angel Gabriel, the son of God, oh my fucking God, someone should just take control ". She was breathing heavily as she said the prayers.

I just rolled my eyes at him and his brother pulled out his tongue at him. "Great! Now I have two people to annoy the shit out of me," he mumbled leaving the room. "I'm Xavier by the way," he said introducing himself. "I'm Andrea," I said. Surprisingly after that day Xavier became my best friend and I hung out with him a lot. I did school online and as for Theodore, he was our legal guardian but we didn't get to see him always because of his work. I still hate him though. I wasn't about to let the fact that he had killed my dad go just like that. One night I was fast asleep when I heard a loud bang downstairs which made me jolt awake.

"See you tomorrow. " Laura's eyes widened. "I...I don't think that's a good idea. You can't see me." He smiled. "We'll see about that," like he had something in mind. There was the vague cruel parting of her lips again as she answered, “The shadow of the Moon Gate Guardian.” Aware now that she had meant Chiri Krane’s shadow. Cazer’s eyes pinched into a severe glare as his head turned to regard the morbid Guardian who circled him.
