The scent is slowly fading, so I realize whoever it was must have already left, or been imprisoned something in the back of my mind hints. All rogues smell the same, but the scent is stronger, the longer you’ve been a rogue. Silas told me that my scent wasn’t that strong yet. I’ve never actually talked to a rogue before, so I have no idea how to tell the length of time compared to the strength of the smell. Most rogues that I fought as a warrior wreaked, which also meant they had been rogues so long they were losing their minds.

But before I could even try again, the rogue wriggles its body, forcing me down to the ground with my head almost suffering a hit. Quickly I activate the ability again so I could take my hand out, which I do in no time to see that my hand was now bloodstained.

I typed back with a smirk. Me: Why would I do that? This is a public profile. C.Rogue: I thought we established the fact that you're my exclusive? Me: You didn't pay for it, C.Rogue. Tim says as he paces forward towards me. I continue to step back as the warriors stand with me moving in front of me. As quickly as they are there, they are surrounded by three rogues each. With the wolfsbane in their systems, they are unable to shift, and I watch in despair as the rogues destroy the two warriors in front of my eyes.

I was about to shoe him away, so I could put my nose back in place when he grabbed my arm and his finger pointed at my mark over my chest and again at my eyes. “Oh!” I said, and dumbly lifted my hands to feel my eyes and dropped them quickly “Did my eyes go dark like the pupils widened?” Rogue nodded his head vigorously. “Was there a white mark in the middle of them?” Again he nodded and took a step back. I pursed my lips, wondering how the power of A Knight could come forth if I couldn’t shift and I couldn’t contact the other Knights or Lamia. I had tried to establish a mind-link with them every day, and so far nothing.

I give my gun to Bailey, and tell her, "I'm going to turn!" "Haden, no!" she screams, but it's too late. The transformation takes over me, ending at a record speed, and suddenly I can see everything as if it's as bright as the day. Without wasting a second, I pounce at the rogue wolf. Rogues are often bloodthirsty, so that makes their focus and skill decrease exponentially. We claw and bite at each other, him trying to draw my blood out. I take that as an advantage and bite him in all the right places. But this rogue is strong, and his fur is quite thick. I can't sink my teeth into his hide. He must be an old rogue because new ones are easier to defeat.
