The last pair I looked at was his. His eyes charmed me. They pulled me in like a was fish dangling on the end of a line. I had never seen eyes like it… come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a man like him before. Those eyes though… they were a mixture of green, blue and hazel, with a yellow ring around the pupil. They were both enthralling yet creepy.

[Gideon] Her eyes, her intense sparkling eyes, are the first thing that catches my attention. Edged in red cat-eye frames, they are a startling blue-ringed with silver, not gray, silver. The next thing I notice is her aura, blue and violet ringed in bright silver like her eyes with a touch of warm orange-red: so much power, so much potential, so much untapped passion. What a shame. Because I’m not sure that this girl is worth my time.

I said to her and she took a deep breath. “Okay.” She closed her eyes, and we all watched her. I understood her right now. There was pressure on her for this to work, and it could be overwhelming. But she was trying to relax. As she opened her eyes again, there was a ring of light brown around her normally blue eyes. “Your eye colour changed. There’s brown mixed in there now.” I said to her, hoping it would mean something. It did, because she smiled. “Eye colours show the element that chose the sage. Blue for water, red for fire, green for earth wielders, and brown for air.” Theia’s mother replied and at that same moment, a huge draft of breeze blew open the windows in the study.

She found her happily ever after. "Yay!" My little self clapped in joy before running to my bed. My tired eyes watched as mother returned to the dressing mirror. I remembered this odd ritual. My mother's hands picked at one eye and a cornflower blue hue that was on her eye peeled. I didn't know what it was then but I recognized it now. Mother was using contacts. She blinked and stared into the mirror and in place of the cornflower blue irises the world was used to seeing, I saw the sharpest whites.

"It means you'll start smelling like omega within days. And your eyes... that pretty brown you've been maintaining... the blue won't hold much longer." My blood ran cold.

Osiris bellowed and everyone around stopped talking. “Look at all of our eyes. They all have a gold ring around the iris, as well as the double bubble pupils.” Kane said as he was looking at our eyes. “Do you feel that?” Benji asked, as he looked around.

The look made my long lashes stand out and drew attention to my striking icy blue eyes. They had dressed me in a sleek blue gown that hugged my curves perfectly and fell just above my knees, matching my eye color with precision. Vivian had sent over earrings and a necklace crafted from the same rare gold used in the Eclipse Ring collection. The pieces shimmered even in the soft lighting of the room, casting brilliant reflections across the walls. The women around me kept stealing glances, their eyes wide with awe. “You look extremely gorgeous, ma’am,” my makeup artist said, stepping back with pride.

"Just look." I sigh, but my eyes find them quickly. Since they're the only color on my face, it's almost hard to ignore them. My irises have a distinct shade of pale magenta due to an even mixture of pale red and purple. My eyes seem a little redder than normal in the candlelight. I can tell because they seem more purple when I look in the mirror during the day.

When we finished dinner I went back upstairs to my bedroom and I went into the bathroom to have a shower. I got dressed in a tank top and shorts and I stood in front of the mirror blow drying my ass length snow blonde hair and brushing it at the same time so it didn't go all fluffy on me. And I stared in the mirror at my piercing blue eyes. Everyone always looked straight at the eyes because they were so blue and I actually started wearing contact lenses a couple years ago just to dull the color a bit. I don't need glasses or contacts, it was just to dull the color. And I was considering whether or not to do that here.

There is no denying that it will be even more beautiful when it grows up. He blinked once too even though he couldn't see much yet and his eyes were the color of the amaranthine stone. They are pink and the rarest eye color. But this is not something that will make anyone happy. Because the color of the eyes defines life. Fairies who have pink eyes are ominous. This only means they carry a curse.
