Why God Why Novels & Stories

That’s the reason God created love, so that we feel great about ourselves and those around us. Love is what makes us human…but even times I always find myself questioning the whole concept. If love is so great then why do I feel like I am amidst hades fire? I wake up every morning and the fire intensifies each passing day and no matter how hot it is I don’t seem to at least perish and die.

My whole life was a mess. “Mom, why did you leave me?” I asked in a barely audible voice. I know it didn't make sense to ask the dead some questions, but I just couldn't help it. I was still shocked by the grave news. Could I blame God for taking away my source of joy? Or should I blame the earth for accepting her body?

I couldn’t. Because if I did, I might forget why I had decided to stop.
