I held his gaze for a second before shaking his hand. His grip was firm, just a little too deliberate. “Jagger is fine,” I said, pulling my hand back. “Right, Jagger,” he replied easily, like we were already on familiar terms. “I’m Billy. Jordan’s brother.”
