"Really? You would help me to take revenge?" I asked, stunned. "Yes, I will," Zaylen replied. “So… how do we start, Boss?” I was excited about this. I was done being sad and pathetic. It was time to strike back.  Zaylen furrowed his brow, thinking. “Hmm… To begin with, you should call me Zaylen instead of Boss.”  I gasped at the idea. “But you told us we cannot call you by your name without your permission.”  “Exactly, and now, I'm giving you the permission. After Roman Archer and I broke up, he devoted himself to academic research. He had finally become successful. Deva berdiri lalu berkacak pinggang, “Ini bukanlah hal yang dapat anda putuskan sendiri, bagaimana anda bisa memanggil saya lalu meminta saya untuk menikah dengan anda, bagi saya menikah harus dengan orang yang kita cintai,” kata Deva panjang lebar. Adelia menyenderkan badannya di kursi sambil melipat tangannya, “Kau kira aku benar-benar ingin menikahimu?” kata Adelia lagi sambil membuka laci mejanya dan mengeluarkan sebuah map hijau ke atas mejanya.

I couldn't marry Kaia back then; this is all I can do to make it up to her." The voices slowly fade away, but they reverberate loud and clear in my mind. Without any choice, they are forced to make a deal with the Shinigami and wore those rings for the rest of their journey. Driven by monstrous intention, the Shinigami took advantage of their fears to control each one of them to fight their own battle as they experienced hallucinations through going back to their memories. Each memory and close encounter gave them a near-death experience that cost much of their lives. As their journey twisted in different events, it gave them a shocking revelation of finding oneself and turning back to God to repent for their sins.
