“As you wish.” I sat back down in the waiting room. I needed to find out if she had any family to be notified of her death. I know that she wont get the normal funeral, but at least she would be able to rest in peace now that she was no longer suffering. I could NOT imagine how it would be to be rejected. I heard that it was like getting your soul ripped out. I have yet to meet my fated mate, but even so, I would never be able to go through with the rejection. Yeah, I know why he feels in such a way. I heard two girls fight over him and they killed themselves on the spot. Those girls were supposed to have they're shifting the next day to find their true mate wolf but he bewitched them I guess. If not I don't see any reason why such girls will kill themselves over a man who is not given to them by the Moon goddess, such union doesn't hold and I no due time crashes. Fury burns through me, along with morbid disgust, and a grief that hasn’t yet softened even though a year has passed. Dad would never have let this happen. I bite my tongue to push back the tears that are burning my eyes right now. Don’t think about him. Don’t think about him because you can’t do anything yet. My hand clenches into a fist as an unbidden memory returns to me. The day of the funeral. That fat whale just sat there, staring at the urn. She didn’t even ask me before cremating him. She didn’t even let me see his face when they found his body.
