He took a drag and puffed out thick smoke. Then he left the place he was standing and walked through different hallways until he got to the cell. He opened it and looked at his two men. They both had bloodied faces with swollen lips and cheek. “boss” one of them managed to mumble “you're hungry? Come eat chicken with me. I'll have chef Raph make some chicken soup” Freddie said and grinned at them. They looked at each other, scared he was just teasing them and was going to beat them up again.

"Help! Please help us! He's about to die soon!" It was just that the swimming pool area was deserted; there wasn't another soul in sight. Upon seeing this, Wyatt panicked. He then turned to Freddie and asked worriedly, "What if—" Freddie cut off Wyatt, displaying a complete disregard for human life as he remarked casually, "You have nothing to worry about. Other old men could even swim in winter. He's probably just putting on an act now. "Zara is arriving soon, so just let them up after she arrives. They could probably hang on a few more minutes. If anything serious was going to happen, it already would have."

I slumped back, the air whistling through the hole in my throat. Frederic stood over me, wiping the blood from his cheek with a callous flick of his finger. "You lost, old man," he whispered, a sick grin spreading across his face. "And Nathan is next." I tried to speak, but only a gurgle of blood escaped. "And don't worry about Zack," Frederic added, leaning down so his eyes were inches from mine. "I’ll make sure he joins you soon. Him and the little Durand bastard he’s carrying. Did you know?
