he shouted out at full volume, which got everyone to stop. “Alpha Xavier, we were attacked by Felix and his pack. They severely wounded several of our members while his pack took Luna Saphira by force. They knocked her unconscious so she would stop fighting,” Dawn, a young Gamma werewolf, explained. Xavier snarled and punched a wall, thus putting a good-sized hole in the nearby wall, which caused everyone nearby to jump. “Why wasn’t anyone with her?!” Xavier shouted.

she read, "werewolves have been described throughout different parts of the world for centuries. In the last century, several werewolf sightings have been recorded. The werewolf legend has spread across borders, even across seas and oceans. The shapeshifter wolf has the ability to change form at any time. Aggressive energy or anger may increase the likelihood of causing an unintentional transformation, so such shifters are cautioned to practice extreme discipline and self-control. Black and white werewolves, particularly, are also able to maintain the same ability to think consciously and reasonably as a regular human being, no matter what form they take physically." He needed to leave with her now before the lycan warriors discovered him. Suddenly the door to the study burst open and six lycan warriors raced into the room in their wolf form, snarling and growling as they surrounded Xavier. Xavier's eyes widened in fear as he realized that he had been discovered and he knew if he didn't get out of there soon, it would only be a matter of time before the alpha would arrive. His free hand shot out and shadow tendrils whipped out from his fingers, forming a shadow weapon. He was about to use the weapon to defend himself when the shadow tendrils holding Layla down was torn asunder and a large black wolf tore out with a ferocioud roar.

There was a tale passed through generations, reaching the 21st Century, about a group of werewolves’ special mutation that brings out dormant abilities from a family’s genetic line. They were said to be marked and blessed by the moon goddess for they were the first of her followers. They were given the title of Legacy Wolves, keeping up their tradition and passing on their special traits through their children.

the glowing and fun loving aunt was gone. “Why do you say that?” I asked politely. “Oh dear don’t you know the prophecy?” Hannah’s mom approached me and caressed my back. “What prophecy?” “A Lycan and a werewolf can never have a happy ending. Only misery, pain and blood will follow. The weak one always ends up losing their life in the marriage. And we all know that between a Lycan and a werewolf whose wolf does not obey her, who is the weak one.” “I know that prophecy.” I stated.

Embarrassed, Skylar just smiled shyly. "Yeah, I think he'll come as soon as he can. But first Vixel needs to explain to him what happened and the surveillance and manhunt they started goes down a whole little bit. So you may have to wait several days." Lyra got up from the bed where she sat next to Skylar. "Take the opportunity to recover, you need to regain your strength. And happy to have met you, Skylar the werewolf." "Glad to meet you and thank you for getting to know you Lyra the lycan."

Allison's POV "How are they?" Walking into the room, I asked Tiana. "They were tranquilized to sleep. Two of them..." She shook her head dejectedly. Sighing I nodded. All my years as Luna, this is the most difficult part of the job. Having to console a wolf who lost their partner. It is a feeling that I hope to never experience. Some weres are never able to heal from such and they end up being aggressive. "Where are they?" I asked referring to the weres that have shown aggressive tendencies.

Duncan slammed his hand on the table again, breaking off that part of it. " Enough!" He thundered. " Mind your tongue. Or I will mind it for you. You are not my father. And I am not your son. You will never be my father! And I will never be your son!" Alpha Lahey of Ezra said nothing yet. He just watched everything with thoughts going through his mind. Ezra was the second most powerful wolf kingdom, thanks to Azra. Though, Ezra had secured their place through a bargain. " What do you want, Duncan?" Alpha Lahey finally spoke, rubbing his hands together.

If it was going to attack, it would be now. Then, I heard a powerful crash and sensed a familiar scent, an intense and saving presence. My body recognized it before my mind processed it, and when I opened my eyes, there he was: Xavier, in his wolf form, charging at the creature like lightning. The impact was brutal, their bodies colliding with such force that the leaves on the ground and branches around them flew into the air.

Xienma's eyes blazed with a fierce, unyielding light, her power a living, breathing entity that bound the wolves and challenged Drax's dark legacy. Drax's smirk faded, replaced by a look of shock and disbelief. He had underestimated Xienma, and now he was paying the price. His shadow wolves, once a formidable force, were now mere shadows, flickering and fading in the face of Xienma's power. Xienma's heart raced, her mind a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. She knew that this was just the beginning, that the true battle was yet to come. But for now, she stood her ground, her power intertwined with Cassie's and Xavier's, a united front against the darkness that sought to consume them.
