I begin to pace towards the surrounding walls of the castle, searching for the hidden doorway within. As I'm searching, I take in the different varieties of plants growing in a wild formation all around me. There is one flower that particularly catches my eye and distracts me from my current task. It's shaped petals resemble a lily flower yet the variety of colours and stems that shoot from it's center cause a waterfall of vibrant colours and an intoxicating scent to put the lily flower to shame with it's simplicity in comparison to this vivid display of nature's beauty. ‘Where is it? Every flower was of a different color, making it seem even more mystical. Red, pink, maroon, green, purple, white, black… There were even rainbow-colored ones. The most shocking part to Alex was that he noticed a weird symbol on top of each flower. It was unfamiliar too. Besides that, every flower had a different symbol too. “What is this thing?” Alex was appalled. Whoosh- As the lotus flower moved with the air, flows of law power came out of nowhere.

But the fog pulses behind him like a living thing, and something in me knows he’s right. Still, I take a step. He sighs deeply, as though he knows I wasn’t going to give up this easily, then pulls something from his pocket. It’s a flower. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The petals shimmer, iridescent and darkly crimson, shaped like drops of blood caught mid-fall. Its stem curls like it’s alive, pulsing faintly with energy I can’t name. “This flower only grows in the Hollow,” he says, holding it out to me. “It’s considered a herald of change when it appears.” His eyes narrow on mine before he adds, “It smells like berries.”

What the actual hell? We were in some kind of twisted dreamscape. Flowers bloomed in every color imaginable, blue roses with silver veins, blood-red lilies that opened and closed like they were breathing, and tall, golden sunlotuses that seemed to hum softly in the windless air. It was hauntingly beautiful, like someone had taken a fairytale, dunked it in poison, and sprinkled glitter over the corpse. “It’s… pretty?” Tera offered from beside me, her voice unsure, like she wasn’t sure if she was allowed to say it aloud.

Betty takes a deep breath smoothing out her hair, she looked distracted, couldn’t help but wonder what else could have happened in that dream. Feeling bored all day, Betty strolls through the garden, she walks through the wild flowers in the garden remembering how her mom picks the flowers and puts them in a vase for family celebrations. She smiles at the thought of her family and their beautiful moment together. The peaceful surrounding made her memories a happy one. She turns a corner in the garden and gasps in surprise. Before her glowing like a celestial apparition was the ‘queen of night’ flower. “Oh my God” she comes closer kneeling down to admire the beauty of the flower.

Willow nodded, taking in the new information from a different angle. "It appears that you misunderstood her," she said as she slipped deeper into the garden. She walked over to a nearby well after noticing it. When she looked inside, she saw a pit of bottomless darkness. A deep chasm that prevented light from entering. She walked away from it and over to a bunch of turquoise flowers with several pointy petals and golden dust sprinkled in the center. She walks out and moments later comes back in with a tray filled with cups and cookies. "I read the email that you send me. I see you decided on a winter wonderland wedding. I have to say it is quite popular in the wedding community. Have you decided on what flower you would like to use?" Mila asks turning towards Ava. "I saw on the internet a flower that is called the Evolvulus. I believe it is sapphire blue?" "That is a great pick. Now for the white flower?" "I haven't gotten so far," Ava replied blushing a bit.

He walked out of the room not bothering to wait for him. Feng Shao huffed and followed him to the hall. He could see beautiful flower beds on the sides of the pathways which he was walking on.
