A LADY FOR A DUKE

A LADY FOR A DUKE

she said, her voice softer now, almost hesitant. Caroline’s eyes widened slightly, and she leaned in even closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. “Oh, so there is someone! Susan, who is he?” Susan laughed nervously, shaking her head as she brushed a lock of hair behind her ear. “It’s not that simple, Caroline. Trust me.” “Come on!” Caroline nudged her playfully. “I’ve never seen you get this mysterious over a guy before. Just give me something. One little detail and I'll let you be. Is he a friend? Someone from work? Do I know him?”

Mysterious Husband: Pampering Wife

Mysterious Husband: Pampering Wife

“Ha ha ha!” Susan burst into loud laughter until she had tears in her eyes and only stopped after quite some time. She pointed at Timmy and Ruby as she asked Roxanne, “Oh God! Too incredible! Too incredible! Roxanne, do you know what relationship this b*stard has with this b*tch?” “Aren’t they friends with benefits?” Roxanne did not know any better about this than Susan. The look on Susan’s face seemed like she had known something.

When His Eyes Opened

When His Eyes Opened

Maybe as Ben said, Susan didn't know what had happened. Wanda was as cunning as a fox. She had so many ways to deceive Susan. "Elliot, what are you talking about? Why can't I understand? I don't know what happened, but I can tell you the truth... I used to work as a cleaner at Wonder Technologies." Susan realized something dire had happened, so she confessed everything, "Wanda asked me to sign some documents last year... those documents... I didn't read them carefully..." "How dare you sign anything that you haven't read thoroughly?!" Elliot was furious.

Winning Back His Ex's Wife's Broken Heart

Winning Back His Ex's Wife's Broken Heart

Wesley sat back in his chair, a slow smile spreading across his face. His eyes were fixed on his phone, watching the screen as a message from Susan popped up. She was halfway across the world, but they were in perfect sync. They both wanted the same thing—to get back what belonged to them. For Susan, that meant Richard, her once-perfect prize. For Wesley, it was Sarah. He stretched lazily, his eyes gleaming with a mix of mischief and anticipation. This was all coming together beautifully.

A Dangerous Atrophy

She grabbed Jane, who was trying to get inside, and there was a cold gleam in her eyes. “I’m warning you, Jane Dunn, don’t you ever stick to Haydn Soros again!” Susie would never admit that she was jealous of how close Jane and Haydn were. She was an S University student, and she only worked at East Emperor because she needed to earn her living and tuition fees. She was not like the other people there! Jane held the doorframe… She was so, so tired, and she really did not want to argue with Susie right now. She just wanted to get into that bed as soon as she could.

ok, just finished reading. it's an engaging story.. though i prefer more tragic end, like Jane died and leave everyone in regrets and despair...LOL. also would like to know if Jason Dunn died or survived and what happened to Susie Thompson, Hyden etc.

Hands down. Kudos to the author! I cried buckets from beginning to end. Definitely not your walk to the theme park kind of love. It shows you that love comes in different shape and form, not just lip service. It's heavy but no regrets. Wish the sexy scenes could be a little more elaborate, though.

Love of the Lycan

Love of the Lycan

Susan's words were laced with a mix of accusation and dark humor, casting doubt on Grace's motives and questioning the true intentions behind the deaths that had occurred. Grace's frustration was evident as she struggled to comprehend Susan's accusations. "I can't understand why you're talking like this. Why would I ever kill my own people? What purpose would it serve? Why don't you grasp that?" Her voice conveyed a mixture of confusion and exasperation, genuinely bewildered by Susan's claims.

The CEO's Secret Weapon: Her Husband

The CEO's Secret Weapon: Her Husband

At this rate, she and Damian would be toast before they even knew it! "You actually dared to come, you motherfucker?" a shrill voice sounded from the back just then, and a woman with a horrible, twisted look on her face emerged from behind the gangsters. "Ms. Welch?" Wendy exclaimed in shock as soon as she caught sight of her. Susan was also shocked when she saw Wendy. However, she then asked disdainfully, "How did the two of you end up together? "It doesn't matter anyway. Once you're all done beating them up, I'll just take a photo of them and send it to Christine," Susan said. "I'd love to see the look on Christine's face when she realizes that her bastard husband has an affair with her ow

From Best Friend To Fiancé

From Best Friend To Fiancé

“In our building. Savannah, you lucky, lucky witch.” I sighed internally. If only I could get paid for every time someone called me lucky. “So,” Susan continued, sprawling across my desk like she was posing for a lingerie ad. “You never told us how you bagged Mr. Sexy Pants himself.” I leaned back in my chair, forcing a polite smile. “Bagged?” She grinned. “Don’t act innocent. We've all seen that man strut in here looking all sexy. The man looks like he walked out of a fantasy. How does it feel to wake up next to that?”

Be prepared that although this story is mainly romance, it’s also complex full of betrayal, wrongdoing, and lies. There are morally gray characters, themes of dark romance, lots of spice, and intense drama. I loved the chaotic and fierce love that is Roman and Savannah and glad they got their HEA :)

Luna Wicken

Luna Wicken

Nothing would stop me now. As I left their room, I took one last glance at their peaceful faces. "Goodnight, my loves," I whispered. "I promise you, everything will be alright." The flickering nightlight cast long shadows across the floor, and I felt a chill run down my spine. I could feel the darkness that lived inside me stir with excitement. And a voice whispered in my head, “The world will soon know our name, Luna Wicken, and they will learn to fear it.”
