HITCHED TO THE DISFIGURED MAN

HITCHED TO THE DISFIGURED MAN

Wendy couldn't complete her statement because Jason interrupted her. “Let's sit over there and talk.” Jason pointed to a carved bench which was opposite her office. Jason led the way and reluctantly, Wendy followed. They sat beside each other with Wendy placing her bag between them. “I don't have the whole time.” Wendy spoke with a tightened expression. “Fine, I found out that Susan and her mother are wolves in sheep clothings. Susan was after my money! She was supposed to be married to the poor and disfigured man, not you.” Jason said pitifully but Wendy remained indifferent.

VAMP

VAMP

She introduced before i immediately recognized with that face and the flowers in her hands. "Hey. Susan" I greeted, after a while of taking in the fact that she was here. "So you got out, huh?" I asked and she nodded. "So, do you know where Wu is?" She asked and i stared back at the flowers in her hands and i sighed, before ultimately pointing to the room of her door. "Who was that?" Jules walked to me, opening the can of pepsi she had gotten from the vending machine. "Susan from prison. She's here to see Wu" I turned to Jules as we walked out towards her junkie car.

Amid, all the conventional stories, VAMP fearlessly holds its ground. I sincerely appreciate the author for hitting an unconventional world background blended with a murder mystery. Excellent book, I would definitely continue to to see how the story unfolds. 5/5 for the notable efforts.

Pleasured By My Husband's Twin Brother

Pleasured By My Husband's Twin Brother

I point to my left. "Oh, thank you," she smiles. And when I turn to the left, Cain is actually walking from that direction. He pauses, his eyes lingering on me. His hair is really messy, like he’s been dragging his hands through it. Or maybe I did that. Then he lifts his eyes from me and turns to Patrick’s wife, walking over to her. "Susan." Susan? Susan is Patrick’s wife. Is this the same Susan Linda was warning me about, and hinting that the two brothers had a thing for? Is Susan back in our lives?

TWO PINK LINES, ONE NIGHT STAND

TWO PINK LINES, ONE NIGHT STAND

Not ‘through. Just 5:29 AM. Just yes. *8:02 AM. [SFX: KITCHEN. THEN PANCAKES. THEN THREE.]* Kitchen. Not lasagna. Not donuts. Pancakes. Chocolate chip. Susan’s rule. “Big news = breakfast for dinner or breakfast for breakfast. No exceptions.” Susan. At stove. Flipping. Seeing me. Seeing face. Seeing _something._ Susan put spatula down. “Shut up,” Susan said. Pointing. Finger. “Shut. Up. You’re—”

My Unfortunate Loving Wife

My Unfortunate Loving Wife

"Good morning, Susan. You wanted to see me?" "Yes. I thought we understood each other, but I see we don’t. So, I’m going to repeat this in terms maybe you’ll understand. I need a cup of coffee. I like my coffee strong and sweet and hot like my men. Have you only been giving me one packet of sugar in my cup? I need at least two or three packets of sugar. And a hint of cream for smoothness. Have that on my desk between 9 am -9:30 am. Why aren’t you writing this down? Are you my secretary or not?”

Unforeseen Chemistry

Unforeseen Chemistry

Susan said almost breaking down. "I see," Bryce replied calmly staring at Susan looking all pitiful. "So who is framing you up?" he asked. "I don't know but I am sure is Angela. That girl likes you. I have seen it in her eyes. She tries to conceal it but I am a woman and I can tell when a fellow woman is interested in a man and wants his attention. The likes of Angela are low-life gold diggers who set traps and lure rich man, like you into them just so they can eventually take everything away from you," Susan said.

this is interesting. it's just a little annoying for the fact that knox is so prideful and can't even confess his real feelings then just keep on flirting another woman for the world to see. can't he just man up and tell her his feelings?!
MarryMe_MrCeo
A nice story so far as in the events and the plot. But what I didn’t like was that there’s no tension between the two leads. He treats her like a toy but not a sexy toy if you know what I mean. I feel he acts douchy towards her because he knows she has a thing for him, plus he’s not likable.

EX-HUSBAND REGRET! (I married his billionaire step brother)

EX-HUSBAND REGRET! (I married his billionaire step brother)

Her eyes blazed as she zeroed in on the woman who had dared to fantasize aloud about Astor. “I’m Astor’s wife, and I’m carrying his child. How dare you wish Astor was yours?” The accused employee’s face paled, her lips parting slightly in shock. She took a step back as Susan closed the distance between them. "Is she Mrs. Harrington?" someone whispered nearby, her voice barely audible. "Is she not Mr. Williams’ wife?" another replied in a hushed tone. Susan’s sharp hearing caught the murmurs, and she turned toward them with a smirk that could slice through steel. “Yes, I’m Mrs. Harrington,” she declared, her voice loud and triumphant.

Bound To The Vampire Lord

Bound To The Vampire Lord

Susan held her mother hands the shock written all over her face . "They caught a werewolf." Claire answered her daughter not knowing if that was the right thing to do. "A Werewolf ?." Susan asked surprised. "Yes , a girly Werewolf. " Her mother replied . "Just like the silver hair lady ?" Susan jumped on feet asking curiously. "No I hear this one is different , her hair is colored red ." Claire. The color of the hair sounded familiar to Susan ,she tried remembering where she had seen the hair as she almost had a flashback of her painting it just a while ago .

She rolled her eyes. Another pause, longer this time. “And the angle?” Susan’s lips curved faintly. “Her daughter.” There was silence and Susan lifted a brow. “Hello?” “Her daughter?” “Rosa Hamon,” Susan's eyes gleamed, “Alexander Wade’s wife.” She could hear the gasp from the other end of the line. She chuckled. As expected. “Yes,” Susan continued, “Let the dots connect themselves.” She leaned back in her chair, fingers tapping on her thigh.

Trust me when I say, I enjoyed this book. I'm a bit picky but when I read the prologue, I knew I had found my perfect story. Thank you, Amira. Rosa is so relatable, that's why I can connect with the story very well. Totally recommend it.
