"Please, just open your eyes." Jung-Ho lightly pats Sook-Ja's cheek. The young girl, whose lifeless body is next to him, and he is kneeling. He is to blame for her current state. While returning from work, she was involved in an accident. He cries out, "Open your eyes," as his own eyes begin to blur. His skull is bruised, and tears are running down his face. He moves his fingers lightly to stroke the side of her cheek. When his hand accidentally bumps against a brand-new wound, he struggles to contain his sobs. It aches worse than anything I've ever experienced, which makes the suffering unbearable. The car is on fire and the flames are rising high into the sky.

In my excitement, I forgot to ask about my job scope. When I came home, I realized something. If the job was so nice, why didn't Laura apply for it? She told me they needed a blind person for the job. Strictly a blind person. She then told me about the job specifications, and safe to say, I did not take it well. "Is this some kind of fetish? Do they enjoy it? They want a blind person to stay in the room and listen to them go at it all the way? This is even worse than Michael's fetish!"

He turned to face me again. His chest heaved with rage. Veins pulsed across his tattooed arms. His green eyes locked on me—those sightless eyes. They were hauntingly still. So still, they looked like they didn’t belong to the living. They were beautiful in a strange way, like something carved into his skull—empty, but alive with something darker. His blindness didn’t weaken him. It made him unreachable.

A shock that started from his fingers ran through his body almost lifting him off his feet. As the small figure picked herself up, her companion helped her to dust her clothes free of dirt. But when the companion turned eyes upwards at him he realized she was blind. Blind? No, she wasn’t exactly blind, she knew where he stood and she was looking

not on a piece of paper, but as a real story. It took me a few months to tangle my words and get it done, but I wasn't the perfect writer who could use twists and turns and write it. He’s blind so he can’t see me.”

She'd rather be back in California in her small room, laying in bed and daydreaming about how her life would've been if she haven't had this stupid disease that left her in darkness forever. Bonnie missed her mother, hell she even misses her bastard of a father that left when she was three. She missed her dog, Egg. Oh I hope he's okay. She also missed her annoying best friend Becca. Her heart clenched as tears begin to run down her face. She sniffed taking a deep breath and wiped the tears but it was no use because more came running down. She gave up and let them fall. How was she going to escape this place if she was blind?

"Son what do you mean by she is blind." Jake mother asked him looking at Anastasia who can't see a thing. I instantly tensed and Jake could feel it since our hands where kinda of brushing each other. "You heard me right mum. She is blind she can't see a thing mum." Jake said squeezing my hand under the table. The tension was so thick in the air that you could slice it with knife. No body spoke for a minute or two before the voice I came to realize as Jake mum spoke.

Spinning around, I had waved my hand in front of her face, only to see no response of any sort. That was when I realized—she was blind. My hand had still been waving in the air when Linda had abruptly grabbed my wrist, making me jump up in fright. ‘A war is brewing. You need to go. It’s too dangerous.’ Her lips quivered as she whispered. Her blind, empty silver eyes desperate. She was shaking and I had to grip onto her shoulder to help her maintain balance.

Do I run or do I stay? This is one of the unfortunate times to be blind because it’s such a huge disadvantage. I feel frozen, but suddenly I feel a presence coming up behind me. I prepare myself as a rogue leaped to me to tear into my shoulder. I grabbed it by both sides of its neck as I flipped it into the ground. It growls at me, and I lengthen my claws and tear into his throat. I hate having to take another life, but I know right now everything is life or death and damn it, my mom and I will make it out of this.
