The Wrong Bride

The Wrong Bride

“White, elegant, classic; like the kind of woman your family prefers. Don’t tell me you didn’t see them?” Ethan exhaled sharply. “They arrived,” he said in a clipped tone. “But there’s a problem, Lawrence.” “Oh? Don’t tell me you’re already fighting?” Ethan’s voice went cold. “I didn’t marry the woman Grandfather arranged. There was a mix-up.” Silence. Then a low whistle. “You’re serious?” “Completely.” Lawrence burst into laughter. “You mean the man who reviews every document word by word signed a marriage certificate with the wrong woman?”

The Wrong Match That Got It Right

The Wrong Match That Got It Right

"It doesn't." We sat there. The guy at the counter finished his eggs and left. The woman with the laptop packed up and went. The teenager changed the music to something low and forgettable. Outside on Marsh Street the city kept doing what cities do at 1am, moving and humming and completely indifferent to the two people inside this diner who had just had the floors pulled out from under them. "What happens to your wedding tomorrow," he said. "I cancel it." "Is that simple." "No." He waited.

THE WRONG TWIN HE MARRIED

THE WRONG TWIN HE MARRIED

"The clasp was slipping. It’s in my bag." "Show me," he said. Sloane didn't move for three seconds. Then, with deliberate slowness, she unzipped the side pocket of her leather tote and pulled out the small, round gold timepiece. The leather band was dark with age, the gold bezel scratched near the twelve-o'clock marker. Declan took it from her hand, his fingers brushing hers for a fraction of a second. He turned the watch over, his thumb tracing the tiny inscription on the back of the casing. M.M. 1964.

All The Wrong Places

All The Wrong Places

“I won’t tell you exactly what time or where. But I will be in a coffee shop. And if fate agrees with us, you will be in that coffee shop too.” “There must be about a hundred coffee shops in Paris,” he protested. “Yes. A hundred chances to get it wrong. And only one chance to get it right,” she smiled at him. “If of all the wrong places you could be, you end up in the same place I am… then that’s Fate smiling down upon you. And maybe you’ll start believing.” With that, she gave him one last smile and turned away to leave.

Miley
This is the 4th book by this author I have read. Once again it's an amazing book. Another great love story. I definitely recommend it. I do wish the author had a better editing process to make their books even better. There are grammar errors and spelling errors. I look forward to the next book.

All praise to you dear author. This is the 3rd novel I read among your books. It was brilliant that you connected one of your novels and mentioned Astrid Van Woolsen. Loved it. I love how you portray the women in your books. They may be vulnerable yet strong, Beauty brains and good sense of humor

The Wrong Brother

The Wrong Brother

But I wasn’t about to admit it. ___ The next few days had passed in a blur of awkward domestic routines. Breakfast again, lunch handled awkwardly because I didn’t know where anything was, and every small collision in the hall made my pulse skip. Adrian was always moving with purpose; I moved with chaos. And yet, our movements started to align accidentally. Passing in the hallway, our shoulders brushed. It was small, but enough to make me flinch, and I swear I saw a flicker in his eyes that wasn’t irritation.

The Wrong One Fired

The Wrong One Fired

The instant I stepped inside, a folder came flying straight at my face. "Do you even know what time it is?" Poppy snapped. "The company starts work at eight. Why did you only show up at ten?" The sharp edge of the folder sliced across my forehead, drawing blood. I clutched my head and looked at Poppy, who was sitting behind the desk, lording her power over everyone. Everyone in the company knew that ten o'clock was my official start time—a perk reserved for the top sales performer. It was an unspoken rule.

Oops, Wrong Seat

Oops, Wrong Seat

"She lives in Building 7, Room 304. Go find her yourself." After learning this, I hurried toward Dorm Building 7. But it was a women's dorm, and I wasn't allowed inside. So, all I could do was wait outside. People passed in and out. Seeing me standing there alone, some looked back at me curiously. A few even recognized me and covered their mouths while laughing as they ran off. I didn't care. Right now, the only thing that mattered was finding Alice and having her explain what happened. I waited until the sun went down and darkness fell.

The Wrong Woman, The Wrong Move

The Wrong Woman, The Wrong Move

His demeanor changed completely whenever he was in bed—he became a big, bad wolf. … The consequence of having too much fun in bed the night before was that we missed our flight the next day. I couldn't believe we actually missed an afternoon flight. This was definitely a first in my life. But the culprit didn't seem the least bit guilty. "Babe, since we're already late, let's just sleep in." I had a strong feeling that if I stayed in bed any longer, we wouldn't be making that flight tomorrow either. I immediately got dressed. "Right, I need to go back and grab some things. You should hurry up and rebook the tickets as well!"

Mastering Their Omega

Mastering Their Omega

After that, we watched a movie, and they commented that the game, which was going to be in the evening, ended up taking place in the afternoon, which was good for my body to rest. I sat between the two men, they had rested their hands on my legs, Will on the right and Nick on the left. The movie was about the destruction of the world, Warriors of Tomorrow, a Chinese film, and I found the premise very interesting, even though there were a few holes in the story, but I didn't want anything Oscar-winning, so it was fine. Oliver arrived at 10 pm, he talked to Will and Nick first and then to me, he asked the basic questions, and he also assessed how the marks on my body were.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've read 'Wrong Place Wrong Time' and can confirm it's not based on a true story. It's a gripping psychological thriller cooked up by the brilliant Gillian McAllister. The novel plays with time loops and moral dilemmas in a way that feels too meticulously crafted to be real life. That said, the emotions are brutally authentic—the protagonist's desperation to undo her son's crime hits like a truck. The legal details about murder charges in the UK add gritty realism, but the core premise is pure speculative fiction. If you want something based on true crime, try 'I'll Be Gone in the Dark' instead.
