I pushed the cold down through my palms into the soil around the root system and then reversed the direction, compressing the cold and releasing it as heat. The conversion felt completely natural when the need was clear enough.

The Tree began to move back toward him. Rising Void felt cold sweat trickling along his back and channeled a huge amount of the True Energy in his body before eventually managing to pull the Divine Tree back toward him for a bit. Obviously, it was not going to be able to withstand their pulling for much longer, and it was going to be completely uprooted soon. The world wasn't in our favour, and if I aborted the child, everything would be forgotten and I would be able to move on with my life.
