Chapter 23: The Weight of Vengeance The castle of Zorana had once been a symbol of strength and unity, but now, it stood as a silent witness to the unraveling of everything Caden had once cherished. War had taken its toll, not just on the kingdom, but on the people who had once thrived within its walls. The air was thick with the tension of unresolved grief, the remnants of battles both won and lost. And at the center of it all stood Prince Caden—his every move, his every breath consumed by a singular obsession: vengeance.

Glowing eyes stared at me from the floor as if they could see into my soul, I don't know what's worse, feeling my heart beating at a different rate just by being next to him or looking into his eyes and seeing that there I could sink for hours, I shook my head slightly trying to get these thoughts out of my head after all that's exactly what he wants, to make me rock, mess with my feelings, and you know what he's really annoying, I think to myself, the prince says it's low game , I give a slight shrug after all if there's something I've learned in these years fighting in the "hole" is never to make a fair fight, so I spoke in a concentrated way.

It reminded me of that classic song about bees, but this one was messing with my senses the wrong way. "HAAAAAAAARR!" An attack was coming, I lifted my gun but the world seemed to melt right in front of me, the sound became numb and the lights were too bright. I wasn´t able to aim properly. "Dam it!" I tried to use magic but the results were the same, I either failed all my attempts or was too unfocused to sink into the shadows. With minimal choice, I had to prepare for the impact with my sword. Just when the blade was about to reach me, Twilight rushed forward and parried the attack with her claws, kicking the soldier in response and knocking him down.

"All of you in this world combined together are no match for me! Now you'll hold these two Swords up for me while I use this compass and key necklace to merge the two swords and activate them!' The master sneered as he further used his hands to control her. She felt her hands pull the two swords up high in the air, even though she tried hard to control her hands she could not, the master eyes had grown darker and by now the purple lights on the compass and necklace had grown large and had travelled to where Alice was. The lights immediately got drawned towards the two swords and the momment the lights touched the two swords something magical happened, tue two sword began to light up in an id

“Did you bring the sword I told you to get?” Nyxoria nodded, and without needing another word, Tharros walked over to the wardrobe, where he had carefully stored the sword belonging to his bride, the one Daisy had spoken of. He brought it out gently and handed it to Daisy, before returning to the bed and sitting beside Nyxoria. “Thank you,” Daisy said as she took the sword and removed it from its sheath with care. The sound of metal sliding free rang softly in the room. She turned and held the sword out to Nyxoria, offering it to her with both hands. Nyxoria reached out and took it gently, gripping it carefully by the edge, her fingers tightening slightly around the handle.

But Luna's unwavering determination never wavered, and they pressed on. Suddenly, they came upon a massive chamber, its walls adorned with intricate symbols and ancient markings. In the center of the room, atop a stone pedestal, lay a majestic sword, pulsating with raw energy. Luna's eyes widened with recognition. "The Sword of Light," she whispered. "Legend has it that this ancient artifact has the power to banish darkness." Amelia approached the sword cautiously, her hands trembling with anticipation. As she reached out to touch it, the room rumbled once more, causing debris to fall around them.

I jumped up and I looked like a child who was given a candy because of ecstasy. I was in the middle of my fun when I realized I was the only one celebrating like a fool here. I hesitate to smile at them. They just stared at me seriously and then went back to examining the celestial weapon they had obtained. Raid analyzes a blue sword with double blades. A lion's head is engraved on its handle. “Raid, that’s the Blade of Pride. It brings victory to its user,” Archmaster revealed to the man.

If it hadn't been witnessed firsthand, no one would believe it. At that moment, the sky began to gather dark clouds, and the daylight dimmed. Sebastian quickly cleaned up the battlefield and found the soul mound of the Wild Boar King within a pile of rocks. This might be the first BOSS killed in 'Wild Valley World,' and, combined with Sebastian's extraordinary luck, it dropped a ton of equipment. [Spirit-Grade - Crimson Cloud Sword]: Strength +15, Critical Hit +7, comes with a 1% armor penetration effect, and every third attack on the same target triggers an additional 50 points of damage.

' Zaykee is gritting his teeth, glaring at the King as he thought this. Now, Zaykee began to release his unique light aura, so a huge shockwave, but transparent traveled from his feet towards the end of the corners in this massive old warehouse in a shape of a circle. He took a deep breath as the two white bracelets with the symbol of the sun in the center. Then, he lifts his right arm at his right side, opening his right palm. A medium lengthened double H sword with a tint of white and gold appeared beside his palm, so he gripped the grip of the sword and slashed it in the air in front of him diagonally to the left.
