He remains silent, his eyes not leaving mine until he starts to laugh. “You think I will make a deal with you, Zachary? My wife is Luna, one after the moon goddess’s heart. She can give me all the cure I want in the world and you think I will settle for you? Come on man, I thought you were smarter than that. Well” he gestures to my hand where a wound is still bleeding, “you might want to check that, it’s not going to heal. Ir is coated with silver” “What?” “Do not show up at my party uninvited Zachary, do not come in front of my wife and do not even think about her”

Zeus came out of the tree slowly and hesitantly, approaching me. ‘Hello, my Luna.’ The mindlink still worked, and I heard Zeus’ voice in my head. ‘Hello, Zeus.’ I raised my hand to pat his head, and he came to touch his forehead to mine, causing me déjà vu vibes. That actual moment reminded me of our parting scene. Zeus lay down turning his head to his back so that I could climb up and ride him.

I risked a look at Tristan, expecting him to save me from this predicament because I sure as hell couldn’t save myself. However, Tristan’s idea of saving me caught me off guard. Without any warning, Tristan pulled me closer, leaving my mouth ajar from the sudden closeness as he introduced me to the woman standing in front of us and the elders. "Perfect timing," he said with a smile. "Meet Vanessa, she is my mate and the future Luna. She is carrying my child—my heir.”

"Like the constellation. Such a beautiful name shouldn't be shortened." She giggles "What about you? Tell me your name." "Leo." "Leo..." That way of saying my name makes me shiver. "Like the constellation too? We have so much in common, the Moon Goddess must want to see us together!" She says with a big smile. "You are so beautiful." Says Leo in a husky voice and Cassiopeia's eyes darken with desire.

A strange number called Xavier on the phone, picking the call up, it was Zeus, "Seems your woman got kidnapped, when I finally get my powers and throne, I won't hesitate to throw you to the dungeon, giving you a slow death, for all the shame you have caused me" Zeus said, his voice sounding deadly, "Its quite interesting I caused you shame, wonder how it will feel when I kill you with my powers, but remember, am still your king, even if you try taking the throne, even I know it won't work, but just know I was once your king"

Just as I was about to give up, Derek began to speak, “You can go with them, but only after you are announced as the Luna of the pack and you swear to the Moon Goddess that you won’t escape again.” OK. I mind-linked them without hesitation. We had already had sex and had become mates. It was time for me to say goodbye to the past. I would swear to the Moon Goddess, if by doing so I could win their trust again. Kent and Gerald also nodded. So the announcement became the priority. Derek decided to announce me as Luna as soon as possible.

"Moon Goddess, hear my plea. As my life nears its end, I beseech you to grant a boon for my son, Azure. May he know a life devoid of constant strife and fear. May he find happiness, unburdened by the weight of enemies and battles." The moon's soft glow seemed to flicker with understanding, as if the Moon Goddess herself empathized with Zeke's heartfelt desire. A gentle breeze rustled through the surrounding foliage, carrying with it a sense of reassurance. "You have fought valiantly, Zeke Forenbach," the Moon Goddess's ethereal voice resonated in Zeke's mind. "Your wish shall be granted. Azure shall find solace in his days, shielded from the shadows that plagued your own path. The cycle of l
