Zodiac Signs Story Novels & Stories

James had called in an expert to craft a compelling story. The story went like that: A long time ago, a sage saved a snake, which later transformed into a woman to repay the favor. However, the sage’s mentor found out and tried to separate them, even summoning a great flood to force them apart. In the end, the couple jumped into Crystal Lake together and transformed into a pair of lovebirds to stop the flood and flew away to live happily ever after. “That story is so touching.” “The sage’s mentor is so evil! He caused a massive flood just to break them up. How many innocent people did that flood kill?”

But now, if she's really my mate, then why the storm? “Hara's zodiac falls under the Lunas of the rain. And according to our ancient times, no Luna of the rain refuses to accept her mate after their first meeting. After the day you met her in our pack, and she failed to accept the bond, the storm came upon us as a punishment. And the only way to stop the storm was if she…”

The writing forms into figures and begins to move as they create a story of the ones who wrote this, the Zonian. Long ago, the Zonians were a warrior tribe feared throughout the land. However, their seers foretold a prophecy that the Zonians would face a power they could not match. Determined to change their fate, the Zonians united the tribes across the land, believing that the one who would destroy them would emerge from among the tribes they had conquered.

“My friends, our journey is long. Let’s save this for another day, would everyone agree?” After a pondering pause, all heads nodded in agreement. “Now, I have a story to tell.” He scooped a blue powder and tossed it into the bonfire. “Once upon a time….” The flame burst again, but this time, fiery images of animals, humans, and landscapes appeared. From the Greek heroes like Perseus and Jason, the adventures of Thor and Loki, and to the African spider god, Anansi, which was our first time hearing it, every story he told was brought to life by the flame.

Growing up, at a younger age my mom would tell me her romantic story of how she and dad met. I fell in love with their love story and would beg her to tell me every night before going to bed. I love her story so much that I could not wait to one day be old enough to find my one true mate; that every full moon, I would stare through my bedroom window and watch excitedly wolves and she-wolves being wandered off into the dark, having only the bright light of the full moon to guide them. Seeing them, I was even more anxious to turn eighteen and to too meet my next half. The wolf, the moon goddess has blessed me with to spend my entire life with.

Right now, it felt as if it was us against the world. I could feel how stressed he was for I was too, so I hugged him closer. His delicious scent calming me as mine did to him. “You told me that there were four of these magical creatures right?" He first asked and I nodded. "I do remember my mother once telling us a story of how she met the White Magical Lion. How he is the one who created the first Moon goddess and had that power passed down her family line.” Luke whispered to me as he continued doing his own thinking.

I flip the page fast, scanning the rushed handwriting. “The Queen of the Crimson Moon would never be born from the dance of a male’s seed and the proud eggs of a female. Each rare crimson moon, a Crimson Born queen at her maiden age who has reached her peak shall be sent down from the hands of the goddess as a pact she made to Zhodin and cannot break.” Who the hell is this Zhodin guy? A Lycan hero? His name keeps popping up everywhere. It’s starting to make my head spin. “Zhodin will stop at nothing to complete the circle of long life. To do so, a sacrifice is demanded, but the Goddess denied such demand.”

I don't know what these dishes are called but they are delicious. A few moments later, Mom and Dad were already talking about something, a business that they're planning to try in other countries... until their conversation changed to Lilibeth. "Frank, I thought Lilibeth was your girlfriend?" Dad asked in surprise. I immediately looked up to deny it. "She's not my girlfriend, Dad." I replied shortly. "That's good, then." My forehead furrowed at Mom's words. They saw that I was a little confused. "Oh, honey. Her father said Lilibeth is two months pregnant already. We thought you were the father because you see each other sometimes, right?"

Tears spring into my wolf eyes. She sits back down, picks up her comb and starst to comb her hair agin. "Let me tell you one of my favourite stories. Once there was a family, a family of great power and wealth. Because that family was from the very beginning of time, their powers were a mystery and many would say that they were the direct offsprings of the Moon Goddess. Do you know who they were?”
