Indianna was sat at Greyson's desk with plans of the pack house they were going to attack laid out in front of her. She ran her hands across the paper and sighed. She couldn't believe they were going to do this.

"I'm sorry," she whispered and looked up at the ceiling. "I know this is the wrong thing to do, but I can't think of anything else. I don't want anyone getting hurt. Listening to Rogue seems like the only way that no one is harmed." Indianna groaned and ran her fingers through her hair. "It won't always be like this. I swear I'll think of something." Indianna swallowed. "I have to. I'm not bringing up our children with Rogue in the world."

"Indie." Kal knocked on the door and smiled sadly. "The pack is gathered. We're ready to go."

Indianna rubbed her eyes and nodded. "Okay," she whispered and stood up from the chair she was sitting on. "Let's get this done." She followed Kal out of the office and they made their way outside to where the majority of the pack were gathered. They were a rather young pack so most people were able to fight.

However a fight was the last thing Indianna wanted.

The pack looked up to her as she exited the house. She nervously played with her fingers and took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," she said softly, but her voice was clearly heard by the whole pack. "I'm sorry we have to do this, but the aim is to get through today with no blood spilt." There were numerous nods throughout the pack. "I promise this will get better. It won't always be like this. I swear it. I swear it on Greyson's memory and your future Alpha." Indianna rubbed her bump.

The pack all lowered their head, a sign of respect. Harry noticed Indianna uncomfortableness and clapped his hands. "Shift!" He ordered.

Everyone began to shift and Indianna looked at Ace as he lifted his shirt over his head. "Are you going to be okay?" She asked. He was still weak.

Ace nodded. "I am, but are you?" He wondered. "Kal told me that you've not shifted since Greyson."

Indianna had only ever been in wolf form with Greyson. She didn't want to shift without him. She had always felt safe with him. But now was the time to do it alone. She had to get used to being without him, as a human and as a wolf.

Indianna looked away from Ace and saw that the whole pack had shifted. "I'm never okay, Ace," she whispered and closed her eyes. She thought of her wolf, and her heart ached when she imagined Greyson's wolf alongside her. She willed for her wolf to take control, to change her skin into fur, to change the structure of her bones.

Indianna groaned and fell to her knees, her bones cracking and twisting into their new shape. She squeezed her eyes shut, gritting her teeth. It was painful. It was going to be after not shifting for so long. She clenched her hands into fists and took a deep breath. She could feel sweat forming on her forehead.

When Indianna next opened her eyes her vision was much clearer. She had forgotten how loud everything was as a wolf, and the smells around her were almost overwhelming. Indianna felt a presence next to her, and for a moment she felt as if it was Greyson's wolf, but it Ace. He dropped a bundle of clothes in front of her, for Indianna to change into when she shifted back later. Indianna nodded and Ace's wolf's eyes stared carefully at her before nodding back.

*Let's move out.* Harry's voice went into the minds of the whole pack and soon they were running.

Indianna wished she could keep running away from everything, she wished she could hide, because she didn't know how she was going to defeat Rogue.

She had no idea at all.

*

Oscar led the way to his old pack. Indianna was right behind him. She spent the whole journey wanting to shift back. She hated being in wolf form. It was like there was a whole another part of her that was grieving Greyson. The grief that she was slowly starting to get used to was magnified.

She had to blink tears out of her eyes when they arrived at the border of the territory.

*Everyone knows what to do,* Harry said through mind link. *Surround the pack house, and don't be spotted. We only want them to think there's one small group of us. If you get spotted you fuck this all up.*

*So, don't be that guy and shoo,* Kal added. The pack silently dispersed until there was just Oscar, Harry, Kal, Ace and Indianna left.

*So, what now?* Indianna asked.

*Stay the hell back,* Harry said and he looked at Kal who leaned his head back and let out a loud howl.

*Come to mumma,* Kal said and walked forward into the territory of Oscar's old pack.

*When the Alpha's son comes to investigate us on their territory, stay behind me,* Oscar said. He fell into step beside Indianna as they walked forward. *We're not taking any risk. Your safety is our top priority.*

Indianna wanted to argue that she could defend herself, but she knew that she couldn't when she had her children to look after as well. She needed to put them first and take all the help she could get.

*Okay,* Indianna nodded.

They weren't walking for long before they heard footsteps and soon 4 guys approached them.

"Stop there! You're trespassing!" The blond boy who spoke was clearly the Alpha's son. "Shift!" He ordered.

The guys all dropped the shorts they were carrying in their mouths to the ground and shifted, changing quickly. Indianna didn't.

The Alpha's son cocked his head and sniffed the air, watching them warily. He could sense they were pack members of authority. "Why isn't your Luna shifting?" He asked.

"Look away from her, and focus on us," Harry said sternly. "After all, we're the ones you need to concern yourself with."

Oscar moved in front of Indianna and Harry, Ace and Kal attacked.

The four younger pack members were pinned down in seconds. The Alpha's son put up more of a fight, but he stood no chance against Harry. Ace caught a punch to the face, but even in his state of health he managed to control the writhing 16 year old he had pinned to the ground.

Harry had his foot across the throat of one of the guys, and he had a firm hold of the Alpha's son. "Now, you're going to behave or you're going to get hurt."

"You're going to regret this!" The Alpha's son hissed.

"Stop squirming," Harry ordered. "Last warning."

"Who are you guys?" The Alpha's son snapped.

"We're The Warrior Pack," Ace said. The guys eyes widened and the Alpha's son went still.

"There were rumours that a rogue had taken control. The Rogue. Your Alpha-"

"Shut up," Harry said.

"It's true. Isn't it?"

"Sadly for your packs future, it is," Ace said.

"What do you want from us?" The Alpha's son asked.

"We want your friends to send a message to your Alpha," Ace said.

"What?"

"Our Luna wants to talk to him. If he doesn't agree, or if she is harmed, we'll kill you," Kal said and looked at the Alpha's son.

"You wouldn't," the Alpha's son scoffed.

"Just because we don't have our Alpha doesn't mean we don't follow through with our threats. You know of our pack. You know that death is mercy compared to what we can do to you," Harry growled. He removed his foot from the throat of the person he had pinned to the ground. Ace and Kal let go of the two they had been holding.

"Get moving. You know our demands," Kal said. "Tell your Alpha to wait outside of the house."

The 3 guys looked to the Alpha's son who sighed. "Do as they say," he said in defeat.

Indianna went behind a tree once they had left and shifted, changing quickly into leggings and a T-shirt. She emerged from the trees and startED walking in the direction of the pack house. She didn't look at the Alpha's son. She knew if she did she would want to turn around and run away. She didn't want to have to submit another pack to Rogue.

But she knew she had to.

"Let's go," she said and heard the others following.

"You-"

"Shut your mouth or I will," Harry growled, cutting the Alpha's son off.

They walked for about 10 minutes before they could pick up the sounds of other people. Indianna listened carefully and could hear panicked voices, hushed whispers. She hated that they were doing this to them, no matter how bad the history of the pack.

"I'm to go in alone," Indianna said once the pack house was in sight. "Am I clear?"

"Don't do anything stupid," Harry said.

Indianna rolled her eyes and walked until she was at the edge of the tree line. She could see the Alpha waiting outside, with numerous pack members around him. Indianna glanced into the trees and could spot her own pack. She nodded and they all stepped forward, revealing themselves.

"I don't want anyone to get harmed," Indianna spoke up and slowly walked forward. "I just want to talk."

"If that was all you wanted then you wouldn't have kidnapped my son!" The Alpha growled. "Where is he!"

Indianna could hear movement behind her and suddenly Oscar was by her side. "Oscar, I need to do this alone-"

"And you will do, however, I don't trust them at the moment. I need to make sure you're not going to be attacked before you go in alone. I'll escort you to the Alpha," Oscar said.

"Are you sure?" Indianna whispered.

"I'm sure," Oscar nodded.

"Your son is fine," Indianna told the Alpha. "And he will continue to be if we talk and I remain unharmed."

"You little bitch-"

Indianna forced a smile. "I would never."Greyson chuckled. "Are you not eating any more, sugar?"Indianna stared down at the food on her plate, feeling full. She had taken a lot more food than she could manage to consume. She shook her head.Greyson turned to his sister. "Has she actually eaten a decent breakfast?""Greyson, I've eaten!" Indianna argued.Kirstie rolled her eyes. "Trust your mate, you dick. She ate enough for a whole family.""Great. In that case." Greyson took Indianna's plate from her and sat down between the two girls, tucking into the remains of Indianna's breakfast."We better get organised," Mac said, running his hand along Kirstie's thigh. "We gotta a lot of men to get today.""No rest for the wicked," Kirstie sighed and jumped up from the floor. "Let's go tear down Rogue's empire, lover."Mac chuckled and let Kirstie pull him up from the floor. "Let's do this.""You know," Oscar said, furrowing his eyebrows as he stood up with Kirstie and Max , "you'd think th

DAY ONEIndianna was woken by Kal's snores, they were soft, but she had been struggling to sleep the whole night and now all she could focus on was Kal's heavy breathing. She sighed and turned over, trying to get comfortable which was rather hard with her bump. She was now looking at Greyson as he slept. He seemed so peaceful. His face was so calm and serene, she wished that he didn't have to wake up to the hell they were in.Greyson's eye twitched and Indianna knew that he was no longer asleep. He reached out, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into his chest, resting his chin on her head and one hand on her stomach. *It's early, sugar, you should be asleep, not perving on me while I sleep.*Indianna chuckled slightly. *Sleep doesn't come easily these days.**Try,* Greyson pleaded. *It's 2am. You need your rest.**So do you.**I'm fine. I'm swapping watch duty with Oscar soon anyway.*The rest of the previous day was spent waiting anxiously for Oscar, Kirstie and Mac to ret

"Please don't call yourself that," Indianna said."It's true. I can't be trusted-""Would a monster feel remorse?" Indianna asked, cutting Tai off. "Do you think Rogue feels remorse over his actions?""That is different-""You are not a monster, Tai," Indianna insisted. "You didn't do what you did on purpose. As you said, you lost control. What happened has happened, it can't be taken back. The only thing we can do now is focus on the present. Tai, will you help us now?"It was a few moments before Tai acknowledged that Indianna had spoken. She pursed her lips and gave one sharp nod. "I need to wash this blood off of me," she said and turned on her heel and disappeared into Indianna's room.Indianna made her way to Greyson's room next. The scent of him surrounded her when she entered and she closed her eyes, caressing her bump. She didn't want to go without him. Indianna swallowed the lump in her throat and changed out of the clothes she had been wearing for dinner. Once she was in sw

"If I'd have known that talking to Brooklyn would change your mind then I would have suggested you do that as soon as you started to disagree with me."Indianna scowled at Greyson who smirked at her as she approached him. "Shut up."Greyson reached out and took Indianna's hand, pulling her towards him. "Thank you," he murmured."I'm still annoyed," Indianna grumbled and looked down at her feet, glaring."Hey." Greyson took Indianna's chin and tilted her head up. "Please don't be. You're keeping yourself and our children safe. That's the most important thing. Don't scowl at me, sugar.""You're important."Greyson smiled and kissed Indianna's forehead affectionately. "God, I love you, woman."Karl suddenly yelled from across the room. "They're here! Fucking hell, you took your time, lads! It's not like we're waiting for a psychopath to come and kill us or anything!""You just can't keep your mouth shut, can you?" Harry groaned, but made his way over to where Kal was now standing, over t

"Just me," Greyson croaked. "You know it's the smart thing to do. There's no point in slaughtering a whole pack.""You think I care about how many people I have control over? Do you think I care about that when my mate is lying dead in my arms!" Rogue roared. He threw Greyson to the side, kicking him onto the floor. "You will all die! I will kill you all for what you have done. None of you will live to see next week." Rogue looked down at Stacey and brushed her hair away from his face, smiling down at her. "Everything I will do to this pack will be for you, my love," he whispered. "I promise, I will make them suffer." He then walked towards the woods, not looking back at the pack. "If any of them try to leave, break their legs! I want them alive, for now!" Was the last thing Rogue said to his men before he disappeared. The rest of his men remained, but they retreated into the trees, out of sight, still there, but watching. The silence that followed next was deafening. No one said a wo

Nothing she could possibly say would help."Your pack killed my mate. SHE'S DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU. OF YOUR PACK! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE!" His yells echoed in the woods surrounding them. "You..." He whispered. "You are going to pay."Indianna was too stunned to speak. She was vaguely aware of Greyson putting himself between her and Rogue, but that didn't stop Indianna from staring at her brother who looked ferocious. His eyes were dark, teeth bared, face red and he was spitting blood when he spoke. "You, little sister, are going to suffer. Your pathetic mate can't protect you. Your pack. No one. You are no different from our parents. I thought I could change you. Make you into a version of yourself that I could be proud of. Oh, how I was wrong.""J-Jason," Indianna stuttered, her words barely audible. "I didn't want this to happen-""I don't want your fake pity!" He roared and Indianna flinched. "I don't want lies! I want revenge!"*Sugar, you know I will die before I let him get to you.*H
