Morning
Zain opened his eyes and hissed in pain because of a blasting headache.
"what the hell!..."Zain cried, holding his head and looked around at unfamiliar surroundings. he get down from bed, walked out still holding his head with one hand.
Arham was just coming back from jogging and was drinking water, looked at him.
"Who are you?"Zain asked, walked toward him and sit on a stool that was placed outside the open kitchen.
"I will be ready for office in thirty minutes, You need to leave before that..."Arham said, gulping water down.
"I asked something from you?" Zain greeted his teeth at his attitude and walked in front of him. Arham put the water bottle on the table with an audible noise.
"I am not interested in giving you an answer... You better ask from Ayat and the door is there" Arham said, pointing toward the exit.
"Hod do you know Ayat?" Zain asked in a confused tone. Arham again ignored his question and was about to turn around, thought for a second and looked back at Zain.
"and next time don't make a girl pick you up at midnight...Have some manners," Arham said in an annoyed tone with a hint of anger and walked toward his room. Zain muttered some curses under his breath.
*****************************
"I am sorry for troubling you yesterday..." Zain said in a deep apologetic tone.
"zain you can call me when you are having a difficult time before getting drunk and after getting drunk but it would have been much better if you had called before getting drunk"
"I am totally fine... I got drunk because I was happy, you are forgetting I received an award yesterday."
"Ayesha can speak lie better than you..." Ayat said shaking her head and put his mobile in front of him.
"I have blocked their numbers, unblock them when you want to talk," Ayat said,
"I will get going now," Zain said and stepped out of the cafe. Ayat closed her eyes and held her with one hand.

Arham entered inside 'FireFly' and directly went and sit on the counter stool. Ayat, as usual, was sitting behind the counter, lost in deep thought, keeping face on the palm. Arham glanced at her sad face then at the cup of coffee in which she was simply stirring rod.
"Ayat!..." Arham said, knocking on the counter. Ayat raised her head and blinked at her.
"I can look at your beautiful face the whole day but I have a meeting... can I get some coffee and sandwich?" Arham said with a small cornered smile.
"Yesterday you asked me to make your Girlfriend jealous and today flirting with me?" Ayat asked with narrowed eyes.
"What's wrong in complimenting a beautiful girl?...." Arham asked with one raised eyebrow.
"I have never seen a shameless man like you in my whole life..." Ayat said, shaking her head in disbelief then stepped down from the stool and made coffee for him.
"Are you serious?.." Arham asked, looking at his coffee cup. Ayat has written 'SHAMELESS' on his coffee.
"You can compliment I can't?.." Ayat asked, going inside the kitchen. Arham glared at her back. She came back with a sandwich and placed it in front of him.
"Arham?..."
"hmm?..."He said while typing on his mobile and eating with another hand.
"Were you ever blamed for something and your family didn't trust you?" Ayat asked while starring at an unfocused spot. Arham stopped typing and looked at her. he gulped the stuck sandwich down his throat, remembering something.
"once..."He said, nodding his head. Ayat looked at him.
"did you meet them after clearing your name?"
"No, I didn't..."
"Why?..."
"because they died before I could have clear my name..." Arham said with a humourless chuckle. Ayat watched his facial expressions changing from normal to cold.
"I am sorry, I shouldn't have to ask," Ayat said in a guilty voice.
"the world is such a strange place the person who should be sorry, didn't even bother and the one who shouldn't is always apologetic," Arham chuckled at that. Ayat stared at him, there was something in his laugh which raised goosebumps on her skin.
"Anyway be ready in the evening, you will be going to party with me," Arham said, putting the amount on the counter.
"Party?..why should I go with you?" Ayat asked in a confused tone.
"because I need you to make Sana jealous..."Arham said in an obvious tone.
"I told you I don't want to do this stupid thing..."Ayat said, shaking her head in annoyance.
"you are forgetting you owe me a favour....so be ready, don't be late," Arham said with a smirk.
"you should have treated her nicely when she was with you," ayat said in a taunting tone. Arham shook his head and left from there.
"I can't believe I am doing this..." Ayat muttered to herself while going inside the kitchen.

Arham took a breath and smiled.*****************************"It was my father's birthday and I got my university acceptance letter...It was a nice day overall, " Ayat paused, lost in deep thought. Arham watched her face in the dim golden light of a street lamp, which was shining at some distance from their bench. He kept silent as he wanted her to share things at her own pace."Many of my friends got accepted ther

Ayesha nodded her head vigorously."Ayat too... Did you two plan it together? " She asked in a genuinely curious tone."What are papers for? " He asked, ignoring her question."Don't know... Ayat asked me to sign them, " She said, collecting the papers."Sister I have signed them and I am leaving...getting late, "Ayesha shouted at top of her lungs, picked up her backpack, and left. Arham picked up the papers and started going through them."When did you come? " Ayat asked, stepping out of the kitchen, drying her hand with a tissue then stopping in her track after seeing the deadly look on his face."Explain this? " Arham asked, throwing papers in front of Ayat."It was supposed to happen sooner or later... what's there to explain? " Ayat sighed and forwarded to collect the papers but Arham kept his hand on
"Where is your sister? " Arham asked, putting his coat on the counter while sitting on the stool."Don't ask me anything, " Ayesha said with a cute pouted face."Are you still angry with me? " Arham asked in an amused tone. Ayesha gathered her books, muttering something under her breath, and walked out from there. Arham shook his head at that then looked at Iqra with a quizzical look."She went out after lunch rush, and didn't return till now, " Iqra said. Arham looked at his wrist watch then nodded at her.******************"How long are you going to wait here?... she must have gone home directly, " "She didn't go home, I know she will come here first, ""But we need to close everything, " Iqra said with worry. MorningTHUMP!A painful and uncomfortable feeling of a warm fluid wetting her hair, made her open her eyes. Her body felt numb on the cold floor. She blinked her eyes to clear her foggy vision. the first thing she saw was, a cold shower from the sky and an intense light was flashing in her eyes from the side. She turned to the side and saw a pair of boots stepping on blood near her."Help! " A weak murmur came out from her mouth, as she moved her hand on top of the boot. Pair of boots jumped back several steps, tripped and the person fell on his back."Save me, " She said, feeling her breath trapped in her chest. The person got up in a spur of a second, ran back to the car, sat inside the car and drove in reverse."Please! " The word made its way out of her lips before fainting as she then saw the car vanishing at the end of the long road."DON'T LEAVE, " Ayat jerked up from her sleep with unsteady breath. It took her a minute to recognise the place and calm herself."Ah! my head, "
"Sir clothes are ready, " Servant said when Arham came out after taking shower and left. He picked up a white shirt from the bed and walked toward the window while wearing it. His eyebrows twisted together, finding Ayat's window covered with curtains."Looks like... She will take time to clear her mind, " He said, closing the sleeves buttons and then walking back inside the room.Arham was checking the emails on his tablet when the driver stopped the car in front of ' firefly" He looked at the cafe and thought for a minute."I don't think she will be happy to see me today, " Arham muttered to himself while looking outside."What sir? The driver nodded and drove off.******************Ayat placed breakfast in front of Ayesha and settled behind the counter. "Ayat asked, not getting affected by her pleading."No, I want you to get married, " Ayat said with a bright smile."Why? what will you get from my wedding? " Ayat asked, sitting beside her on the counter stool."Just think about it, there will be so many functions of marriage, I will buy two dresses for every function with new accessories and shoes with each dress.... just thinking about it is giving me goosebumps, " Ayesha said, as she was dreaming about it. Ayat closed her eyes and shook her head."That's a very good nice reason for marriage,... isn't it? "Arham said, sitting beside ayat as they settled across a square-shaped table. Ayat looked at him with narrowed eyes."I know but she is not listening, " Ayesha said in an irritated tone."You are getting late for college, " Ayat said, looking at her wristwatch. Ayesha muttered something under her breath, picked up the bag
